Beautiful aesthetic. VERY clean. Atmosphere is calm & relaxing. Mia, the owner, is very attentive. Arlinda & Maggie are SO KIND to my 89 year old Mom. An EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. Wish I brought my Mom in sooner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you!!!

Owner was EXTREMELY rude. I signed up for 2 appointments with her, and after waiting for 20 minutes upon arrival, we still received no service or hospitality. When I let her know again that I had an appointment, she tapped me and said "I'm busy, go to someone else!!". Salon looks beautiful on the surface, but the bowls were extremely dirty. After this rude encounter, I canceled our appts and went to a nearby (and much better) salon. Please don't waste your time here. Hopefully they use these similar reviews to improve on their systems and customer service. My plan to support them on SBS was futile.

Got my acrylic gel nails refilled by Cindy a couple days ago. Went to Jolie Touch because the nail salon I previously went to was booked. Specifically stated one of my nails was sore from the acrylic peeling off, and told her to be gentle. I was told she had to redo the acrylic on the nail, which was fine. She was quite rough with the nail and after the appointment, the finger was slightly swollen and painful. It took her two hours to do a fill, (seriously?) because she put on several unneeded and uneven coats of gel and top coat. Both thumb nails are uneven in length, and the acrylic is extremely thick seen in the photo. Won’t be going back here again, extremely disappointed.Service: Acrylic nails

Today was my first time here, I will definitely be back. This place came highly recommended to me by my neighbors and friends, I can see why. The staff is fantastic, very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The salon is very beautiful, a gorgeous layout that feels very luxurious. Plus, their shade range is top notch. I received a shellac pedicure, my technician took time to remove my previous polish, cut & file, and apply several coats. Overall amazing experience!

I called and made an appointment for myself, my Mom and my 4 year old daughter. Every time I get a pedicure, to be courteous, I always take the time to remove my nail polish, soak my feet, cut my nails down to the length I want and trim my cuticles. Then I load up on the foot lotion, put my flip flops on and go to the nail salon. After working all day, I was rushing and when I clipped my cuticles, I cut myself. I meet my Mom & daughter there and proceed to pick out color. They didn't want to give my daughter a full pedicure, only paint her toenails, so she started crying. I asked them to please fill the tub with water for her and that I would pay. They let her soak her feet, but again, didn't give her a pedicure, only painted her toenails and fingernails. The nail tech started on my feet and then saw the cut with blood and stopped touching me. I said I just cut myself before I came here. She immediately started insisting I had an infection. I said no I have no infection, I literally just cut myself before I came here. She said what is this white stuff on your toes? It's lotion I tell her. She said I can't touch you if you have an infection. She kept going on like I had some disgusting feet with puss or something. My Mom next to me starts to interrupt and says "oh she always does this when she goes to nail salons, she cuts her cuticles at home". My Mom doesn't speak English well so I tell her in our native Albanian language "stop talking to these people". The nail tech immediately stops and says "I don't have to do your pedicure you can have someone else." I am completely annoyed at this point but just said "ok fine." The next nail tech comes, she starts scolding me about my small cut that's not even bleeding at this point. I just nod but didn't say anything. I finish my pedicure, I take my daughter to the dry bar area and we sit there with our feet under the fan while my Mom is getting a shellac manicure. They ask if we are paying separately and I say no I am paying for everything. She asks if I want to pay cash or card, rings me up for $160 and I leave a 20% tip. After I paid with tip and we are still waiting, the first nail tech kept pacing back in forth next to us, and then after we had been sitting for a good 20 minutes, walks up to me and my daughter and starts rudely chastising my about how I disrespected her and not to come back to the salon if I am going to disrespect her and everyone there. I look up at her like she is crazy. I said what did I say or do to disrespect you? She said I am Albanian and I know what you said. I replied to her "you mean when my Mom was talking over me and I told her to stop talking?" She said no, you said it with an attitude "don't talk to these people." That's literally the correct grammar. The word "njers" means human. She very well knew this and went on and on harassing me while I'm sitting down next to my 4 year old child. Then she said I "looked down" at everyone there. I said what did I say or do to anyone here? They waited until I paid and tip to say I "disrespected" them? If I was so disrespectful why wouldn't they tell me to leave before performing a service on me? I told her to get away from me as she had me literally in a corner of the salon in my face pointing her finger. Then another employee came on the other side of me and I said to her look at this, look what she is doing and she said "well you were disrespectful to her". Are they on drugs? I absolutely said and did nothing to them. I take my daughter by the hand and walk straight out and leave, leaving my Mom behind as she was still getting her manicure finished. The nail tech then proceeded to walk up to my Mom and start yelling at her! What did my Mom have to do with anything? There are a million other nail salons to go to. My 4 year old was so traumatized she peeled her polish off her nails that night saying "They were mean to us." Complet

I agree with a past statement made from another customer. The owner was extremely rude and unfriendly when it came to me just asking for my nails to be removed because of a mistake the tech made. Instead of owning up to the mistake or simply trying to fix the issue with my nails she decided to tell me that was how they should be and I needed to pay for my whole service even though I’m getting them taken off because he spent his time doing that. When I never brought up payment in the first place. I went to cosmetology school myself and studied nails, and also my sister received the same service same length and all. Her nail shape she asked for was intact and her nails were also not chunky. In addition to that, I didn’t want this being a big issue but the owner decided to rave and rant about it to her staff and to my sister as well. It was very unprofessional, embarrassing, and disappointing. I had high hopes coming in here but after this I will never be returning. Per their response, being “busy” isn’t an excuse to treat customers poorly. And charging a customer for a full service they didn’t like nor receive is just greedy, not a reflection of being busy. You had time to gossip about the situation and make me feel uncomfortable but not to make it right. Charging me for the full service and not just the removal was crazy especially after the disrespect I received after I had showed compassion and kindness to your team for doing my nails that way knowing it didn’t look right. Had I let the associate finish the service and leave like that the situation would have been worse.Service: Dip powder

Save your money .. the staff are extremely rude and don’t own up to mistakes I came here on a Monday afternoon after my nail chipped two days after my manicure.. my manicure was done by and elderly women who may have not had much experience .. I was treated like I was the problem I spoke with Kelly who was completely unprofessional and blamed me for my nail chipping. I will not return

I don't get pedicures very often. When I was driving home from work this evening I really felt the need for one. I googled the highest rated place near me and walked in. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep ?It's so clean, quiet and friendly. I will definitely be back. I also was shocked at how reasonably priced it was. Thank you, Katie.

I had a very unprofessional experience with the staff. I booked an appointment for three people for Mother’s Day, and when we arrived, one of the nail technicians was complaining that she had a 1:15 appointment and then rushed through my sister’s pedicure. It’s as if the salon forgot we had a reservation. She was done within 18 minutes and my sister was moved to a table while my mom and I finished our pedicures over the next 10 minutes. The nail technician also said out loud when her 1:15 appointment arrived, “Don’t worry, this won’t take long.” It was very obvious she didn’t care about my sister’s experience. Another complaint is that the polish on my big toe chipped within several hours after getting home. The polish on one of my mom’s toes is almost completely off three days later. My mother, sister and I will not be returning to this salon.Service: Pedicure

If I could do a no star review I would. In November I was there for a pedicure and a dip powder set before my cruise. I had been here once before with no issues and the time in November was fine but took almost 3 hours. Fast forward to time to get my nails redone today, I go back as a walk-in which seemed to confuse them. Then the lady says she can do my nails but it looks like acrylic and it cost extra. I told her I had dip and requested dip and she said it was too think for dip. She asked me who did them I pointed to the staff who did. Staff 2 comes over and says nope I didn’t do them and it looks like acrylic. Mind you I would’ve paid extra I was just trying to get my nails while I had time off from work and my daughter was with her grandparents. Staff #1 continues to tell me I don’t know what I have on my nails and it’ll be extra if I’m wrong. I still am not arguing or saying anything about the cost. Then she goes on to say well it’s probably staff 3 who did it and they’ll be back tomorrow. If I wanted to come tomorrow I would’ve come tomorrow. If you didn’t want to do my nails you could’ve just said that. I then ask so are you saying you can’t do my nails and she repeats again she will have to charge me extra for a soak off. I’m like I just want to get my nails done can you do them? She couldn’t give me a straight answer I left super frustrated with no nails being done. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. Terrible customer service is an understatement.

It truly saddens me that my first experience at this salon was a negative one. By first glance, this salon seems to be upscale and professional. Unfortunately, this is not the case. My initial nail art was scrutinized by the tech, followed by a sloppy job and rude connotation. It seems as though the owner does not care about making her clients happy. I truly hope this company can rebrand by doing an assessment of some of their techs and making it apparent to show appreciation to clientele.Services: Acrylic nails
