I love Rain!! (or Reign). Very kind girl, helpful, authentic and easy to get ahold of.
I am always in and out, but today I felt weird vibes from two employees that were wearing tiny athletic shorts and jackets. Noticed them mostly talking to the male customers, flirting and all and making no sales.. They were standing around and talking about women in the store. One was petite and wore glasses, and the other tall with her hair pulled back messily. They have no place in a store/business that thrives on customer service like this.

Terrible quality control. Boots covered in rust. Customer service? No help either. $200 pair of boots what a waste.

Excellent customer service very pleasant and fun shopping experience. Sales associate- Xavier helped us, he was very knowledgeable and professional. We received prompt service in trying on different pairs of shoes and assisted with making the best choices with his expertise.

I was there with my friend and we both are very nervous and shy people, but Xavier was very welcoming and talked to us like we’ve met before! it was fun and i couldn’t resist getting something after speaking with him so you know does his job well. thanks Xavier! I have been several Journeys shopping for boots. With rude racist workers at Twelve Oaks in Novi have terrible attitudes but this Journeys at Sommer set Mall in Troy Mi Excellent Excellent workers me and my daughter shop for boots, this manager name Steven have a beautiful personality also Diana they both help us. My daughter kinda picky picking out boots steven came from the back looking for the boots she wanted. I think he brought out six or seven pairs but nothing she like. But he had so much patience. Not one time he got furstrated. He was so kind. Diana help me with my boots too. Because I almost walked out without some boots. She went in the back found some boots I love. And I purchased them. These to employees you want to give them great recognition. That they deserve. Steven and Diana keep up with the good work

Some of the nicest people I have ever met. Extremely helpful and pleasant to be around. Would love to just to hang out with them. Neil and Tiffany we incredible people and I went back to the store to ask for their name so I could mention them in this. 6/5 stars
