I found this location on Kroger.com when scheduling my COVID-19 shots. I never knew this place existed beforehand. I did not go to the grocery section, just walked directly to the pharmacy and waited. And waited. And waited. And waited until my appointment time passed. There were a lot of hardworking employees but they were all busy doing something. Had they told me it would be a 20-30 minute wait PASSED my appointment time, I would have gone grocery shopping instead of wasting my time. Then they could have paged me when they were ready. I have not returned since the covid shut down and moved out of Troy because of the terrible schools.

Incredible that on Thursday Feb 10, 2022 ....nearly two years after the Covid started they want you now to "scan" your own Kroger ID card when your items are on the belt. The scanner is pathetic. I spent 2 minutes trying to scan my stupid card. The people behind me were impatient and the check out person just stared at me. Didn't offer help. Just stared.

Aisles way too narrow, messy, dirty store and employees are grouchy and hate their jobs. The belt at the cash register was absolutely filthy and I hated that I had to put my groceries on it to check out. Also, too many people doing self check-out with more items than allowed and NO ONE is enforcing this rule. There is nothing good about this store. Other Kroger stores look beautiful and pristine, this one is horribly neglected!

The pharmacy is top notch and always at the top of their game. I've been coming here for years and I have gotten the best care from them. They are accommodating and kind, and during this pandemic with everything in short supply they were completely slammed but still able to get my maintenance prescription filled when they said they would. I appreciate the staff and wouldn't go anywhere else.

General big box grocery store with the usual items, but this place has something the other stores lack.....CUSTOMER SERVICE. The employees are friendly, help you find things in the store, advise you on specials, and are knowledgeable about the products they sell. The floral department does a great job arranging flowers for you in a bouquet to suit any occasion.

I ordered cake for my son's first birthday and it was the worst cake I've ever ordered. First, 2 sides of the cake were scraped off but they didn't bother to fix it before selling it. Also, the message written on the cake was awful. It covered part of the design and it looks like they ran out of room so they wrote over the red trimming on the edges. Sure they offered a discount but I would have rather paid full price to get it done beautifully considering it was my son's First birthday. Awful !!

This store is dirty, the cashiers act like they hate their lives. The check out belts are stained and filthy! I will never come back to this location.

Grocery store is ok. Produce section is decent. It's not laid out great, had to go back and forth through the store to find things. Staff was nice though. And they do have a decent section of vegan/dairy free items which is nice

This store is just disgusting. Absolutely filthy and a massive health risk. The restrooms look like they are from an apocalyptic movie filmed in a third world country. So gross.

Eh. This Kroger is usually really busy. We went in today to use the restroom and got dirty looks from employees. After using the restrooms, my sister picked up some icecream. I grabbed this little pop rock thingy. I realized we left our id in the other truck. They wouldn't let a 31 year old buy them without an id. The lady was super rude about it and embarassing. She pretty much yelled it. I told her we are all together and my sister has her id she is 26. The lady said no because she had other people with her??? This makes no sense! Why can't she purchase it if she has people with her? I understand for wine perhaps or other alcohol. She could try to buy for a minor or something. The worker was 31 though, older than my sister and looked older. I did not like the rudeness. I thought it was ridiculous. We also tried our number twice and it wouldn't work. So the drink we got kept saying $2.49 instead of $1. We eventually entered my other sister's number and it worked. Won't return to this Kroger.

Their ad stuff meat (specifically chicken) is often out, their FF deal is always out, their items are overpriced in every department unless you get something on a great sale. Their e-coupons are not specific enough to distinguish what he coupon is and is not good for, and to top it all off they don't quality check the non-grocery items! I bought a reusable k-cup that specifically works for keurig 2.0 and you know what? BOTH of the different ones I bought do not work with the 2 different keurigs I used. Save yourself trouble, go to Meijer, target, Walmart, Trader Joe's, aldi's or any other similar store they all do a better job.

You spend more time waiting for rich old ladies taking up the whole aisle than actual shopping.
