After the Kroger pharmacy closer to my house was repeatedly canceling my prescriptions and treating me poorly when I followed their directions to call about next steps getting them filled, I permanently switched to this location. Not only do they get my medications filled promptly, but the people I have interacted with have been so kind and helpful! Please give everyone there a raise, they are doing a wonderful job.

ask you how your days going! I like that you're never waiting long for prescription to get filled or in long lines!

I love this pharmacy. The staff is always amazing and helpful. The pharmacist Krishna always goes above and beyond for my kids. They love just visiting him. Tonight he even stayed past closing to ensure I got the prescriptions I needed for my son who was sick. ❤️

I'll review on my recent and probably last visit to Kroger in Troy, MO. On checkout, I prefer to use a staffed lane. They had six "self checkout" lanes open and three were inoperative. They had one staffed checkout lane, and by the time I got through there were six customers with full carts behind me. Thankfully, there is a Schnuck's in Wentzville on my way home from work. I'll be spending my money there, and when they go to self checkout only, I'll be buying all of my non-perishable items online. Sad to see the decline of brick and mortar stores.

Most employees are vey nice. Eileen is one very miserable person. I try and avoid her line or the self serve if she is working that. I'm a senior citizen, shopping with my autistic grandson. Today she yelled at me for scanning my Kroger card before she told me to. She said she was not ready yet. The customer before me was already finished and had left. Then she yelled at my Grandson, he was trying to help bag. she said what's wrong with you. I mentioned this to two other people, they both said who was it. Eileen ???So I am not the only one. Maybe they should give her a job in the back room, keep her away from the public. It's a shame that a trip to the store has to put a damper on a good day.

So there workers were very rude! "Eileen yelled at us and said put your stuff!!!! She was very rude and they didn't have stuff that we wanted.

At self checkout in Whitelake, Gabe was rude and argumentative. As the customer line grew longer, he proceeded to give me a hard time about a coupon for an item because it was on sale. Hopefully he can get some more training about his job process, because he did not do a good job, in addition he stood way to close and there was a concern with oder. Not a good experience.

Came to this location to pick up my prescription, and the staff was just amazing. I got to meet three amazing people Bianca, Krishna, and Crystal. Those three were a delight to work with and this will be the only pharmacy I decide to go to.
