Prices vary but you can find good deals. They'll even put you on a bit of a scavenger hunt with their find 5 deals... But it's worth it

Went to pick up a prescription, the pharmacist recognized that it was twice as expensive as the last time I had picked it up. Without prompting, he checked a few ways and was able to find for less than the previous time. MUCH appreciated!

Hired a new pharmacy tech. Named Skylar l. Was very rude and spoke in slang. Your suppose to be a medical professional. Not a rapper. And this is not a color thing.

This store has always been a disappointment. I've used the pick up at many other Krogers and never had issues. This store picks the most defective and unusable produce, most likely to get rid of it since nobody would pick it in person. I typically don't go here for that reason but being the busy holiday season, I thoughtlessly did a pick up on nonperishables. How could they mess that up, right? I was wrong. Whoever packed the bag put all the heavy items into a bag torn all along the side. I grabbed it out of the car, unknowing the side was all opened. Out came my sauce and busted all over the garage floor. Now I have two more things to do today, replace the sauce and clean the garage floor. This place is awful. There are a million other Krogers, go to any one of them. Just skip this one.

This pharmacy USED to be such a great place to visit. They were fast and efficient!!! It has been declining rapidly over that past few months. Prescriptions are taking longer and longer to fill and when a refill is needed, calling the phone # is pointless. I've called 3 different times just today and have been hung up on all 3 times. I will be switching my pharmacy. If you're new to the area, I would not recommend using this pharmacy. It makes me sad because this one was soo helpful and quick!!!

They are so fast and polite. The new pharmacist William always works with me. If I'm leaving the country and need my meds in advance or anything else. They make me smile everythime I vusut and thanks cool

Worst .pharmacy I have ever had the miss fortune of doing business with!My doctor called in a script over a week ago have heard nothing!My doctor even called them and they said in a couple hrs. again nothing. I transferred my script to Rite Aide and it was filled in 45 minutes!

Rebecca pharmacist at this location is OUTSTANDING!!! She is always friendly no matter how busy she is! Rebecca goes above and beyond with her customer service!! There was a male pharmacist who's name I do not remember that was truly the WORST pharmacist I have ever dealt with!! Please beware if there is a male pharmacist you may not get good service. He was rude enough that he hung up on me while I was asking questions about a medication I had never taken and was nervous about taking. The rest of the staff has also gone ABOVE & BEYOND with outstanding customer service in the last year that I and 3 months since I changed pharmacies!! It's Covid and they are giving flu shots, understaffed and over stressed yet they are always pleasant to me and other people every month! Due to health issues I am there two or three times per month in the last 6 months. I cannot thank Rebecca enough for ALL her help and information!!!!! I'm VERY happy I didn't let the male pharmacist make me change pharmacies!!!! Remember to smile and please be patient with the staff!!

I got 1st Dose today and the Pfizer dose is great. The doctor put Pfizer vaccine on my left arm. I recommend you go take a vaccine if you’re not vaccinated. I will edit my review once the 2nd Dose is vaccinated.

I wish they would REQUIRE face masks for shoppers. Most do wear them and practice social distancing, but maybe 5-10% do not wear a face mask and it's discourteous at this time. The store should post a notification at the entrance that if you don't wear a face mask then don't shop there-if you violate that provision, you'll be asked to leave the store.

Most of the employees speak very little English and they are extremely rude. Also, there are times where only one person is working in the entire pharmacy and you have to wait 30 minutes for them to get off the phone before they can help you.

I was treated very bad. I would give negative 1000 + if I had that choice. I was buying 12 packs of pop including fruit punch and lemonade for work. I was trying to hurry since I was on the clock. I was at self check out when the Kroger man told me I could not buy more than 12 cases. I think I had 15 of different brands. He was getting a manager which I thought was good because our business buys a lot of pop at this store all the time. He also confirmed there is no sign at pop area of any limits. I put the credit card in when he hip checked me and almost knocked me over. The female manager finally showed up and said couldn't buy that much. Also confirmed there is no sign with limits and she didn't care that we shop at this store frequently and buy lots of pop. There was a lot of pop too, not short like with toilet paper. She cancelled my order. Both employees were also very close to me without a mask on. I was trying to get 6 ft. away while calling my boss. The female manager wouldn't talk to him. She did acknowledge that was touched by employee. Unbelievable. They both put their masks on when I left. I think they were trying to scare and intimate me by breathing on me. My family and friends won't shop at the Long Lake and Livernois location ever again. The store is not very clean anyway so we will go to other stores.

With everything happening in the world today and people being quarantined in their homes I understand the panic but please people remember when running into the store to purchase the essentials I ask everyone to personally thank the workers who are doing their best by sticking shelves as fast as they can. The employees at this location are so wonderful and polite and I personally say thank you to all!! Stay healthy everyone

Pharmacist was rude. Never greeted and told me I must wait till the next day (12pm) before my prescription would be filled. Next day comes and I have not heard anything at 3pm. I called and was told they have not filled it yet but I would be ready when I get there. Finally got my script and I will not go back. Definitely NOT staffed with caring professionals.
