Over the past month, I worked closely with your meat department to coordinate purchasing a 20 lb turkey in October—not an easy feat. Dolly was top-drawer in her instructions on when to call back and so pleasant to constantly check when turkeys would come available. Kudos to your meat department—especially Dolly!I’ll continue making the 10 mile drive to your store over others due to consistent follow-through, positive attitudes and my positive shopping experience.

Extremely cramped aisles, rotten produce, employees and customers alike act like they're the only people in the store and the parking lot has been designed by the criminally insane, but the prices are slightly cheaper than Meijer.

the idiotic customer service person's delusionally saw me talking to apparently a worker when nobody was there when I walked up and then rudely told me they were closed even though she was helping someone I was just waiting to ask her if they were closed. Then she gave me attitude insisting I already talked to somebody when there was nobody there

Over and over now I've tried to buy things at the meat / seafood counter and no one is behind the counter. I've shopped and come back and still no one. None of the employees I asked knew where the person was. From now on I'll use the Walmart or Meijer up the road. It is a shame as the rest of the store is set up pretty well.

I can usually pick up all the items I need at this store. Love Maria when she is at the self check out, most pleasant person, kind. Another lady short hair been there a while is one of the best too., she is very soft spoken and kind, sorry I forgot her name. Over all. Everyone in helpful. I love the cheeses they carry, Murray's line. Pizza Gouda, smoked blues, coldswold, and stiltons among the best.

This Kroger store has very bad customer service. They not only often close from customers to access, but also terrible for their quality of service.

This is one of the worst Kroger’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived in the area for 4 years now and they are consistently out of common grocery items. Really disappointing, but I’ll be getting my groceries elsewhere from now on.

Is this location closing or something? I moved to this area about 18 months ago, and I've been primarily shopping at this location. It's an older store, and not the nicest Kroger I've been to, but it's typically been fine. The employees are nice and friendly..
But over the last few months they have been having some serious stocking issues. Barren shelves everywhere. I can't remember the last time I've come here and was able to get everything on my list.. Usually it's just one or two items though, and I can live with that. Today the stock issues were so bad I just left and went to another store.

Drove here specifically for the gas station l. After trying 3 pumps and a less than helpful employee, we ended up at shell across the road.

I like the fuel points but I'd rather pay $2.50 a bag for Doritoes than buy 6 bags to make the price per at $2.50. Who needs 6 bags???

Single worst Kroger on the planet. Meat and fish counter never open on time. They have no one to cut cheese. I asked one of the managers " why are you not putting the meat out and getting the counter ready for business" ? she walked away from me and didn't say a word. There is no such thing as customer service at this Kroger. If you come in to shop, you have to abide by there rules period. This store should be shut down and all the managers fired. The district manager should be fired also .

Terrible and disgusting. I just got a sealed brand new arugula package and there is A ladybug inside the package that’s moving inside there!!
They are assuming that their products are pre-washed and ready to eat. I’ve been consuming this product for years me and my family and now I Can tell these products are not washed. People BE AWARE
