Worse place to shop. Bad attitude employees especially the older ones left over from the Farmer Jack days. I try to avoid this place especially one specific employee that is super rude named Sandy. I don’t go to her line when she’s working. This woman is grumpy every time I see her. She needs to retire. Place is run down and not manage well.

Frustrated, the plus card have to be scanned after each item while self checkout otherwise the card benefits are not applying to all the items. Prices seem to be increasing suddenly.🤷🏻♂️

Was at the store today to buy a bouquet of flowers I grab one that cost 25$ I want to self checkout to pay it it shows for 47 $ I asked the girl to help me out she gave it to a flower employee there the flower department employee told me I can’t get them for 25 dollars because they have double the price because it’s coming the Valentine day that’s price gauging and totally a rip off

I went into return a few items with a receipt and the older lady at the Customer Service desk was so so rude. That was my first experience at this Kroger. Disappointing. She was also rude to the lady in front of me also.

Store is very ran down, the shelves are often empty. Maybe the store should shut down if they don’t have enough workers.

So frustrating to have a love-hate relationship with the store, It’s a perfect convenient location for me, but when I have to leave and go out of my way to a different Kroger because things are not stocked as simple as vegetables, eggs, and dairy, I would think this is a problem. Management needs to be concerned about.
It is the smallest of many stores and out of many things, I believe they need new stock management

I encountered some issues when I purchased a $12.99 bottle of Similac water formula at your store around 5:00 PM on November 11. I tried to use a $15 Similac digital coupon for payment, following the instructions provided on my phone to guide the cashier. However, the cashier said they didn’t know how to process it and suggested I go to the front desk for help.
I then waited in line and explained the situation to the staff at the front desk. However, she coldly told me that Kroger does not accept coupons from other companies, and claimed that the cashier’s refusal was justified, as the cashier could lose their job for accepting it. When I tried to explain that this was not just any regular coupon, but a digital payment tool provided by Similac for moms, she simply glanced at my phone, took my formula away, and told me she couldn’t help. Her attitude made me feel as though I was being treated as if I were trying to scam the store. This left me feeling very upset.
As a mother of two, I have used Similac coupons many times at different stores, including other Kroger locations, to purchase formula, and I have never encountered such an arrogant and unreasonable attitude from a cashier before. On November 12, I visited another Kroger in Sterling Heights to buy the same formula. The cashier there briefly looked at my phone, scanned my coupon, and completed the transaction in just a minute. She was an older lady, and although she had never processed this type of coupon before, she was very professional and friendly.
I will no longer shop at the Kroger on Big Beaver in Troy, but I really like the Kroger in Sterling Heights. Although I live in Troy, I will make the trip to Sterling Heights from now on.
I am deeply disappointed by this experience. As a customer, I expect to receive professional and friendly service at Kroger, and this incident has caused me to question the customer service at your store. The Similac digital coupon is an official payment method for specific products, and the instructions are clearly outlined on my phone. I hope your store can improve staff awareness and understanding of these new payment methods and provide the necessary assistance to customers.

Pros. Parking is plentiful. Cons. Prices have become exorbitant. Most of their coupon codes now only apply to pick up or delivery or if you pay for their boost membership Check out lines are insanely long. You have to go in the morning or early afternoon, otherwise you’re greeted with fairly empty shelves. They do not restock at all during the day.

The worst kroger in michigan!! Can't even get a bag of frozen vegetables there because they don't stock! Went there for 4 days straight and no milk in sight!! I will drive the extra couple of miles and go to the one in Sterling heights. Absolutely ridiculous!

I am having super bad experience in regards to customer service being received from the cashier - Sandy, somewhere around 65+ years old lady. She was ignoring me while requested her to scan my Kroger rewards card at first. Started scanning products even though I was telling her to scan my rewards card. She didn't scan. I had to insert my hand over running belt to scan it. Secondly, when I asked her to validate promotional price for cheese, she didn't answer. She simply ignored me and my wife. I had to literally repeatedly tell her to check if the price scanned was correct as promoted. She then yelled with arrogance. I called Manager and reported her behavior. I would not prefer to go again at this location as I can't take up such attitude from a cashier.

Don't even attempt to order cakes or anything else from their bakery!! My family has placed orders that were incorrect upon pick up, and orders from the online selection only to get a call 2 days later saying that the selection is unavailable!! Even after speaking to someone in person and ordering!! Absolutely unacceptable Kroger!!! And let me tell you the head of the bakery department definitely needs a class on how to deal with the public! She is one of the rudest people I have spoken with in the "customer service" department of any establishment!

The bathrooms are absolutely deplorable!!!!!!
No bathroom should ever be this disgusting.
Worse than most gas stations I’ve ever been in. You’d need gallons of bleach and a power washer to make them even usable.
