This one goes out to Deborah, who we believe works evenings. She always answers the phone so nicely, and she is always kind and helpful to guests. She gives a lot of effort and makes sure our experience is great. We really appreciate Kroger for having exceptional people like Deborah on the team.

Kroger has seriously gone downhill. The store is packed with unhealthy, processed junk food, making it hard to find anything fresh or nutritious. The aisles are filthy—sticky floors, dust-covered shelves, and who knows what kind of grime lurking in the corners. It’s clear they don’t prioritize cleanliness.
And don’t even get me started on the self-checkouts. They’re outdated, slow, and constantly malfunctioning. Every time I try to scan an item, it either doesn’t register or throws an error, forcing me to wait for an employee who takes forever to show up. If you’re going to push self-checkout, at least invest in working machines! Save yourself heart ache and shop at a Wholefoods store

Hire more order pick up staff. Please! I’m begging you. EVERY SINGLE TIME I place an order it’s delayed.. delayed.. delayed. I have a work schedule, kids in sports and activities, dinner to make on time. This is not at all convenient it’s ridiculously inconvenient to use your services. The staff are nice but who manages here? Can’t you see the issues and why have you not hired and scheduled additional help?

Waited over an hour outside for my pickup order. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone inside for 30 min. Finally told them to bring out when they had & refund me the rest. I could have done it myself in 10 min but didn’t because I am sick.

Really disappointed with the management at this Kroger. The past several times I’ve ordered pickup, my order has been delayed due to short staffing, which is often a large inconvenience as I schedule my pickup times for specific times due to things I have scheduled throughout the day. THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT! THIS IS NOT THEIR FAULT. But they’re constantly short staffed and over worked, and this is not an isolated incident. If this store is always short staffed, management has a duty to hire more and make sure their current staff aren’t being overworked.

Kroger has gone to a unmanned cashier system. I hate it! They treat you like a criminal.

This store has gone down hill big time. Quality of produce is crap now. No one hardly works here and never have enough cashier's to check people out. Management needs to be replaced here. They don't seem to be doing their jobs. The prices keep going up but the quality and availability is going down.

This location is consistantly terrible. Everytime I schedule a pick up order it is pushed back and delayed by hours. So today I went into the store and the cashier was rude and so was the customer service front end leader. I think Im done with kroger.
Management needs to do better.

Anytime I schedule to do a pickup order it's never ready for the hour I select! I showed up today to pick up my order and the gentlemen told me it was not going to be ready for 3 hours. Totally unacceptable! Get better management and employees!

I just need to give a total high five to Gabby at Kroger!!!! She went above and beyond trying to get an answer to request I had. She was friendly and so polite. She even got a hold of her supervisor Bonnie to help. She got my info to keep in touch to continue with my request! I spent 20+yrs in Retail/customer service and if I was still doing it I would recruit Gabby in a hot second!
Howard in checkout was helpful too when our digital coupon was scanning.
Thank you guys!!!

This Kroger would benefit from new management. Two times ago, I waited at the fish counter for 20 minutes to be helped and in that time, I was also looking for another employee to help and couldn’t find one. Last time I came here, there was nothing in the fresh produce section and even when I looked in the aisles, the shelves were half empty through the whole store. Today was the worst. If you’re thinking of doing pickup, DONT. I placed my pickup order at noon for a scheduled 6pm pickup. At 530 they texted saying they were running behind- no big deal. I arrive at 637 because the app said my order was ready and they proceeded to tell me it wasn’t even picked yet and that it would be 30 mins. Annoyed, but understanding, I waited. 35 minutes passed and I called to check on my order. They said another 20 minutes BUT HERES THE KICKER. in the 35 minutes I waited, not a single car came to the pickup area. So demand was not high. I don’t know why I keep giving them chances but today was the last time I will be coming here.

I ordered a Star Wars cake for my son’s birthday party weeks in advance, and then ordered Star Wars cupcakes about a week before the party. My ex husband went to pick everything up the day before and they handed him a “Black Panther” cake instead of “Darth Vader” and when he said something about it they said they didn’t have the supplies for the one we ordered. They didn’t call me, didn’t email me, nothing. If I knew it was going to be completely wrong, I would have canceled it. I feel like they did a bait and switch on us. You can’t even call to notify me? Also, the writing on the cake was so bad. It looked rushed and last minute, they ripped a chunk of fondant and laid it on the bottom of the sheet cake- there was no effort put into it at all. Then, they said they couldn’t do Star Wars cupcakes either and handed him “Avengers” ones instead. The party had a theme, and somehow that was irrelevant to them because they ended up doing whatever they wanted instead of doing the right thing and calling me. The day of the party someone called from Kroger and left a voicemail asking if I was picking up the cupcake order because someone else was interested in buying them. Needless to say, I was pissed. If I wasn’t running around trying to fix everything I would have gone back in there to demand a refund. I feel like people have a very difficult time doing the right thing these days, and this is certainly no exception.
