I would like to thank Chris and Ronaldo for being 2 of the most honest people I’ve come across in this business. Thank you Lend-A-Loan for employing very outstanding/ professional employees.We started this process nearly 6 months ago and I told them to call me when the rates dropped to my advantage. They did not get upset or just throw my number away, they kept their word and did just that. The process was extremely easy and I was well informed on every step of the process. I worked with Ronaldo and Sam they were great to work. Very easy process and they were quick with answers to all my issues. Close contact through the whole process. Started and finished the refi in about 2weeks. i would recommend them and see what they can do for you.

Worked with Nicholas sondey on refinancing and taking out some equity. Great guy really helped me with more than my prior mortgage company was willing to. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to refinance, especially if you're a veteran.
