Has a lot of nice stuff, customer service is completely lacking. Expect to just stand around waiting for someone to help you 45 minutes minimum. Overall not great when you’re going to spend thousands for anything.

Horrible experience at this store. Walked in to make a purchase, was not greeted with words but looks. When I, the customer, spoke to an associate his tone in his response was why are you talking to me. 5 associates on the floor with only 1 other customer in the store and they went to the back to bring someone out to service me. Will not be shopping at the store again.

I’m so incredibly saddened by this review. After years of purchasing some great products my first customer service request was a total disappointment. My daughter purchase this wallet for me and I kept it up when I did carry it and it wasn’t often so the other day I decided to go get it cleaned by them, so I brought it home and decided to carry it for Christmas but I noticed a mark on it , so I bought back to see what had happened to it, but the lady ask me so many questions like when was I there, who helped, was it already on it, didyou purchase anything that day and what was I wearing. I was like checkthe cameras. She apparently gotta hold of the lady that helped me and she stated they didn’t do it and blamed me claiming it’s the chemicals from nail polish remover damaging the leather which I don’t do my nails. She was like something with chemicals in it, really lady? Louis Vuitton is not cheap, If you see the pictures it’s melted and they couldn’t do anything for me. I left with such a bad taste in my mouth I can’t even go back.

Went to store to purchase boots today. Was not greeted whatsoever. Granted I chose to dress down today because I was just popping in to purchase an item quickly and return home. The sales practices in this store are discriminatory and appalling. Let’s be clear, you work for this brand, the client looking to spend doesn’t.

Drove an hour here today to get a L.V Slim Bracelet, or one of their leather bracelets, was greeted by a lady she walked me over and they only had 2 bracelets 3 leather ones total in stock and the other one that was on the website and available to order apparently wasn’t in there system, in addition the 2 slim bracelets she showed me and tried selling me had marks on them and the other one had like glitter and other stuff from people obviously wearing them, they shouldn’t even be trying to sell those to people, then asked questions about how to order etc she didn’t answer my questions and was kinda rude and nonchalant she basically just stood there why I tried to place an order for my items online to the store I did everything and she nodded her head and told me to have a good day not really the kinda customer service you expect or variety or availability you expect when spending $360 on a little bracelet. Don’t come to this store just order your stuff online.

This company is awful!!! This is my second LV, the first bag had to be returned due to poor craftsmanship. The company allowed me to exchange my bag for a lesser valuable bag and a matching wallet. The zipper on the bag started fraying and became difficult to open and close so, I took the bag back. The sales person and also the manager told me that it's "normal wear and tear". I begged to differ as, we as consumers purchase clothes often and we wash them often without zipper failure so, why is it considered "normal wear and tear" for a $1,800 bags zipper to fray. I very rarely have to replace zippers on my clothes(washed often, and I've owned for many, many years), a perfect example are blue jeans, I've neeeever replaced zippers on jeans. Why do I need to pay $300 for a repair on a Louis Vuitton purchased in 2019? SHAME ON LOUIS VUITTON!!!!! SUCH CHEAP MATERIALS FOR SUCH EXPENSIVE BAG??. Save your money for better quality luxury like YSL. I've owned my YSL for several years, wear it often yet, neeever had/have any craftsmanship issues, It looks like new!!

The Louis Vuitton (LV) store was great. In addition, I visited LV in Saks, and while that experience was helpful and the sales person was great, I had a very different experience in Saks, Gucci division for purses. The sales guy acted as if I was there to steal something. Therefore, I was highly offended. I am an occasional Saks customer and have purchased two LV bags, but I am hesitant to return based on the treatment today. This rating is for the LV store in the mall. Today, I would rate Saks a 1 star and ask for sensitive training for their sales associates.
