Not safe place to shop in spite of camera’s. We missed a shopping bag from Macy’s purchase in the trial room on the 2nd floor and it was gone after few minutes. We called after an hour and no one even called back. We check after one week in the store and of course it is not turned in. Not the best of customer service experience.

Somerset Macy's always has a great variety in everything! My mom was not thrilled with the sale prices. I should've taken her to tge Macy's at Oakland Mall. They have a tremendous going out of business sale!

Macy's backstage staff are not friendly and very uninformed when you are spending your money they shouldn't act rude and as if your bothering them if you ask a question I have greatly considered closing my Macy's account but what I do know for sure is that I will not be returning to their backstage department

The store itself is nicely set up but very disappointed with the service. I was making a return for my girlfriend for a few items we had gotten in Backstage last week. Upon reaching the counter, the woman who assisted me informed me that one of the items was clearance and not returnable beyond one day. I was fine with that and did not have any issue, but instead of being polite and ending the conversation there, she instead was very rude and berated me for having the incorrect receipt for the non-returnable item (the two items were the only items we purchased last week and were purchased together so that is not correct anyways). I don't take issue with being unable to return the shoes, as that's our fault, but I expect to be treated with a lot more respect and empathy than I was shown today.

Macy's has become a bit of a disappointment the past several years, specially this location. All of the clothing departments are in complete disarray with clothing balled up on the shelf, or littering the ground. I've found the bathrooms dirty and actual trash all around the store.
