Worst customer service ever and biggest liars and no I wasn't selling any car I came for front differential fix and they said I need to replace it so I did and after a month it started to leak went back to try and fix it but I was told I had no warranty even tho it wasn't 90 day yet and got yelled at for trying to explain it hasn't been 90 days yet but some guy came out from the shop and said I'm right and took in my car to fix it and after a week it started to leak again. Oh also they broke my brake line and almost killed myself

Was told car would be ready Friday after being called on Wednesday. Fast forward 2 and a half weeks they finally were supposedly done. Picked up the car check under the hood see multiple bolts missing and even broken bolts(they don't seem to allow photos but will post when I figure it out). They Refuse to remedy the missing pieces. Wouldn't trust these people with a bicycle. Jason is a liar told me three separate times it'd be done this day went to pick it up and the entire staff knows nothing about it and he left for the day. Use this terrible company at your own peril. Liars and thieves at this terrible "business"

took my car here to replace the front brakes. they replaced the brakes and rotors and my car was still squeaking very loudly and making grinding noises when i stopped for 1000 miles after they replaced them, so it wasn't the break in period. i called them and they said they replaced the pads again and the issues is fixed, come to find out they're still squeaking very loudly every time i brake in traffic it's pretty embarrassing to have your car squeaking every time you pull up to a traffic light. probably won't be coming back here again

I have been taking my car to Midas on 16 and Dequindre for the last five year's. Jason the manager, and his staff treat me like family. I trust no one else with my car repairs. Professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable prices.

Beats an official dealership!!! They charge twise as low as dealerships would! This mechanic shop is a true help for any driver! I have owned two cars which have always been repaired and maintained here at Midas for over two years! Quality of job is always great and they always let you bring the dealership parts of your own whenever it is possible!
Best work ethic, have always helped out with any automobile advice or repair!!!

I can’t say ho comfortable it is to know, that your getting the best service at an affordable price! Honesty and integrity are very rare these days!! I picked up our car Friday, I was able to meet Jason’s daughter who is a mechanic also!! They are adorable and the father daughter team Rock!! Jason was recommended to us by, a gentlemen at Uncle Ed’s oil change that used to work with Jason at Midas he said Jason as been a master Mechanic since he was 14!!
