Service experience was great. Oil change and tire purchase was performed quickly and without issue. During service additional issue was found and they ordered the part and replaced it quickly.

Karen was great! I walked into the dealership about two months before the sale, looking for information on the Equinox. She impressed me with her no-pressure, no games, just honesty approach and that's why I came back when I was ready to make the deal. Everyone is different but the dealerships with the old fashioned gotta-make-the-sale-today approach makes me want to walk out, which I have done on occasion.

I have recently leased an Equinox EV and took it in for first service. This was my first contact with a Chevrolet Service location ever, and everything ran smoothly, checking-in customers pulling in on two lanes, checked-out customers pulling out on a third lane and while waiting on my car I observed how a busy busy place can work in complete harmony. I felt in great hands when I got checked in by my service advisor (Ashley Whitted) and was explained what will happen, the check-in forms and I did get my vehicle back right on the estimated time. I was also explained in detail the results of my vehicle's service and was out of there smiling ;-)
I did have to go in for a more deeper analysis of what I thought to be an issue and I was able to get a brand new loaner in a process that was just greatly explained and did not take longer than renting a vehicle. Very happy to be part of this dealership's customers and will definitely return for the next service milestones and a new car, maybe?!?

First appointment with free oil change and care maintenance . Also, to install front heated seats retrofit. I used the shuttle service as well. Excellent overall experience. The service advisor was helpful.
