Staff was nice, and service was done quick and hopefully properly. Only thing that I disliked was the $175 charge just to look at my breaks. No replacement done, just looked at for $175. Plus the service charge is just really high. On a $326 charge $262 of it was just labor.

My service rep Patrick was amazing with communication on the status of my vehicle. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. My car was fixed that day and I couldn’t have been happier !!I will definitely recommend and continue to use Mike Savio for future repairs.

It was quite cool, Anthony DeSantis made everything easy breezy - everything was handled courteously and professional. He is now setting me up with the body/paint shop due to about 5 minor scratches that were found on the vehicle. Other than that the experience was great.

I made an appointment online for some basic preventative maintenance. They got me right in when I got there. Quickly got me checked in. Offered me a courtesy ride to where I needed to go, which I declined as I had already made arrangements. Completed the work in a timely manner. Then promptly retrieved my vehicle when a returned to pick it up. Only reason that I did not rate higher is because of the cost, which is not completely the dealers fault. I will continue to use this Dealership in the future.

I don’t typically post google reviews but I had the best car buying experience recently at Mike Savoie. We worked with Rick and he was such a pleasure. We never felt like we were being pushed into anything that we didn’t want. He gave us all the info that we asked for and was able to help us secure our vehicle befoee the holidays which was important to us. We barely had to spend any time at the dealership because we were able to get Rick everything he needed before we picked up our car which was such a relief since we had our toddler with us. I’d recommend this dealership and working with Rick to anyone in need of a new Chevy!

The entire lease swap process was painless. My total time investment was around an hour and a half which includes contacting Paul (sales), gathering necessary paperwork and info, selecting a vehicle, and signing papers! I went from a 2022 to a 2024 Blazer.

My salesman was Eric Murphy and I couldn't be more happy with how personable he was, and how efficient and effortless he made the entire lease process. I definitely look forward to working with him again in the future. Give him a raise.

I recently purchased my first vehicle on my own, through mike Savoie Chevrolet. After a long month of fighting the bank I was worried they wouldn’t hold the vehicle for me any longer. Used vehicle manager Rob Randall and sales representative Louie were great. They had no problem working with me on the deal and holding the vehicle for as long as I needed. They were both super nice guys and I would recommend.

Sales man, Eric Murphy, was pretty transparent about vehicle availability and estimated time for vehicle to arrive at dealership. Kept me informed about vehicle status along the way, and when vehicle finally arrived he notified me in a timely matter being able to arrange vehicle delivery on that same date. All documentation was ready when I arrived and process was really smooth.

Exactly how all car dealerships should be! Provide very comfortable, customer-focused visits; know your products inside and out; stay in contact before, during and after the sale; and invest pride in your work, your clients and your company. Nicely done! I've seen a LOT of dealerships in my years, but this is the best, hands-down!

My experience with this dealership was not pleasant from the very beginning. The salesman Jeff (used car department) was very condescending. I went through the entire process just to have this dealership tell me they will not accept my financial institution, CHASE BANK. Although I understand dealers can do business with whomever they choose. It was a complete waste of time. They did not have a valid reason whatsoever. I called my bank and found out they're choosing not to work with chase. Also, I specifically asked the car salesman NOT to run my credit because I had already been approved for over the asking price of the vehicle. He ran a "soft inquiry" anyway. I do not appreciate at that at all because my credit took a big hit. I do not care if it comes off in 30 days. When I asked Jeff I'm used cars why did he do that, he said "the business manager did whatever he could to save me money." I did not like my experience at this dealership at all.

Terrible service! Air bag recall and left the dash lights on and refused to reset it. ???? if the car was brought in for a an airbag recall with the light on and you didn’t reset or check it whose to blame? Called another dealer and they said bring it in we will check it for you since it wasn’t done. Excuses excuses. Laziness. Stay away from this dealer. Stay tuned

I went to Mike Savoie Chevrolet to have my 2019 Colorado serviced and am I glad I did! Patrick the service advisor was very knowledgeable and friendly. When I explained my issue, he walked me through the possibilities of what it may take to remedy the problem with my truck. A few hours later he called to tell me my truck was ready! My truck is operating like new again. Great service for sure! Thank you to the staff at this dealership.

From the first contact that we had with Sandy, in new car sales; we knew that she was a competent, capable, professional, and nice person to work with. She facilitated our being able to order a new 2023 Bolt, when other dealers were unable to do so. She orchestrated us through the process of my having to navigate with a delayed lease return to another car company - with excellent skill and understanding. She was and is the best. I see her as an excellent example of the best that can represent Make Savoie Chevrolet, the Chevrolet Division, and GM.

It was nice being greeted by the young lady at the front desk. Also it was nice set up they had to make sure customers were taken in order. Onassis the gentleman that helped me was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done and done correctly. He explained everything to me so I would understand. I didn’t feel pushed into making a decision and it was very nice. All around great vibe with everyone there. I’m very happy with my decision to choose you guys!
