Hello, still having Transportation issues with the Access to Care plan Molina provides. The service they hired lied again to Access to Care telling them they arrived and called but I did not answer. LIE never arrived was in dinning room the hour ahead like they asked noone but Mailman came. My phone had the 5 calls I made. Noone called me. Seriously considering another Health plan to cover my needs. Molina is great their Transportation needs a lot more honest people working for them. I have Cancer and my son is a Amputee. Molinas Health Care Coverage is Outstnding BUT,..Their TRANSPORTATION SERVICE SUCKS!! We have had to Cancel Dr. Appointmens everyweek for the past month. They are in Traffic or just will not Communicate. On their way then don't arrive. Our Dr cannot Prescribe our needed Medications without seeing us. Our family works and we do not have a car. We need TRANSPORTATION with a wheel chair lift. That causes a problem for Molina to offer us Transprtation. They should have their own Vehicles to use in Transporting Members. They surly have the money to get one together. Making me Rethink Membership .

Who calls and information to someone's doctor without a consent to do so? Molina that's who.Their transportation service sucks their entire program sucks.They never told us that we would have to schedule appointments and then call for a transportation.My son appointment is tomorrow because something unexpected happened.

I have both Medicare and medicaid through Molina. Am I happy with them no, but the hospital I use for surgeries etc will only accept Molina Healthcare. They didn't even approve a surgery that I needed to remove the cancer that was inside of me. I called their headquarters in California and gave them a piece of my mind. I informed them that I was going to make sure my son sue them for everything they're worth and shut them down. Procedure got approved. However still not happy. Had a knee replacement removed because of an infection that developed. Was in hospital for two weeks, then to a short term rehab facility, because I was on antibiotics for 6 weeks. Molina only wants to pay for 30 days total, which includes the time in the hospital. Thank goodness Molina Medicaid took over. The company they use for medical rides, however is another big problem. Twice I had to cancel my appointments at the last minute because my schedule ride never showed up or arrive to pick you up at the appointment time. When you were dealing with an infection you think that they would get you to your appointment, infectious disease doctor. I'm only giving Molina one star because with Google you have to. Actually I wouldn't give them any stars.

FAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The customer service number that you have to call when you have a question is fake. If they don't know the answer they put you on hold and never come back, or simply "disconnect". I have spent hours and hours trying to get answers and they tell you different stories. All the negative reviews are totally accurate. So basically, it is a fake customer service department and number. The calls also go overseas, so they have no idea what american insurance is or how it's managed. Think about that, how would someone overseas have any idea how our insurance works? This year, their insurance changed drastically and I wasted a couple thousand dollars before I called an insurance agent and went with Priority half way thru the year.

Affordable. Customer service representatives uneducated about their own companies out of network benefits. Inconsistent knowledge from the company manual. Headache to talk to them.

I would rate them as zero if it was possible. This is the worst health insurance I've ever had in my life. Every time you call you get transferred to somebody else, when the person picks up you have to restate everything that you just told the first agent. As soon as things get tricky or they don't have an answer for you suddenly the call drops and you do not receive a call back. You could speak to five different representatives in the member services and get a different answer every time. When you do speak to a supervisor it's a 50-50 chance that they can answer your question. You would think improvements would be made by now. I don't want to call you to resolve this because there's not a damn thing that's going to be done.

Molina decided to change the OTC + My Choice card, no prior notification figured out how to sign up for new not designed well @ all.Called every# in the universe on hold for enough time to get a masters degree and to date haven't spoken to anyone/human.The issue is that Molina would think this non customer service is exceptable will look into switching healthcare.

I feel disappointed for Molina and i decided to change my plan for insurance because i apply for free transport to clinic and i lost my appointment because molina promise me to bring a car to pick me and they don't bring anyone not the first time they do it for second time ,,,if they can not provide any car to pick us you can cancel the service of free transportation

They are a scam and they only want to make money for themselves and they do NOT pay for anything! They would not pay for my oral surgery, they would not pay for my MRI and they would not pay for monthly drug tests required by my doctor and they would not pay for dental exrays.....stick with your regular medicare do not sign up for the medicare advantage plans because they really are medicare disadvantage plans!

Ridiculous it takes 2 weeks to get referral FOR STAT MRI. It's for a pelvic tumor that was actually discovered in December. Drs don't even want to deal with Molina. Quoted from several. Unacceptable and I hope this isn't malignant. As I have circled the drain a few times in the last 2 years. Spending much of last year in ICU.

I haven’t called them in years I’m calling and the automated system is pure TRASH ! I didn’t get info about my dental changing of anything I’m so flabbergasted right now. Can’t talk to no one because system won’t get you that far !
