Such a great experience from the moment you enter the store. The staff are very friendly ( champagne or water while you shop!) and experts in fashion. I am a huge fan of Moncler. The jackets are incredibly warm, the style draws attention, and the brand lets people know that you don’t settle for second best.I always love my time spent there. Well worth the price!!

My husband bought me a sweater for Christmas, which I wanted to exchange for a particular coat. Jazeel tried hard to find it for me at other stores…to no avail. A month later he followed up by text and was able to get me the exact size and color I wanted. He really went the extra mile. I was so appreciative! Great customer service.

I wanted to formally thank Tamara and her amazing team for locating my daughters coat! This particular coat was the very last coat in the company and they were kind enough to have it overnighted from Hawaii of all places! I love shopping experiences that are both relaxing and productive! Monclear Troy checked both boxes! Once again, thank you for your professionalism and kindness. All the best in 2023!

Save your time and go to SAKS or NEIMAN. This place is TERRIBLE. Poor customer service from all staff all the way down to even the security. Little to no styles with no sizes in stock.Save your time and go to SAKS or NEIMAN.Even ordering online is better than being insulted for walking into this store.

worst customer service. rudest employees i’ve ever witnessed. i walked in ready for my daughter to try on some coats to get her size. before i even walked in i asked this lady how long it would be for us to get in because we were waiting outside for an hour, right away she gave me attitude and said very rudely “we don’t time our customers” besides the point i walked in with a group of 5 and right away the lady started whispering that their is to many of us. i said nothing and let it slide. after that my daughter tried on her coats and the lady helping us was very rude too she was treating us like we were garbage her name was Dominique i believe. overall i would rate this experience negative stars if i could. i wish i could explain how this really was. i don’t recommend to buy anything for this store with this rude customer service.
