My salesperson Chet, does an outstanding job in finding me the right chair from power assisted to Manuel all the way to fully electric. The service department always have the answer to my issues and they always keep me moving.
Excellent Company and would HIGHLY recommend them.

Scott Will has treated me like family since day one. You guys hire people in wheelchairs which I think is great. No one understands somebody in a wheelchair. Better than somebody that sits in one all day. I ordered my chair chet walked through the whole process. I missed an appointment because I was sick. It didn’t take two months for me to get back in. They got me in within the next week. I could go on all day. National mobility & Seating has been nothing but solid!! I’ve been in a chair for 35 years. nobody has treat me the way National Seating has treated me. Like I said they have treated me like family. Being in a wheelchair, you need a solid wheelchair company like national mobility & seating our chairs are everything when they go down. We are down I can’t imagine my life without national mobility & seating. Thank you for everything and I truly appreciate what you are doing for everyone else as well. You guys are awesome.

I have been with National Seating & Mobility (NS&M) for a number of years & have never had a bad experience with any of the services I have received.
I have had Cerebral Palsy my entire life & use an electric wheelchair as my main source of mobility at home & when I am out in the community using the SMART Bus. I also own a manual wheelchair I use when I am being transported by others. NS&M helps me take care of both whether I am In need of repairs or entirely new equipment. Whatever my needs are, I have confidence in knowing that they will be handled in a professional, prompt & thorough manner during every step of the process.
I recently received a new electric wheelchair through NS&M that tremendously exceeds my own expectations & those of the people who care for me. It has already begun to improve my daily quality of life in terms of comfort, safety, physical functioning & personal independence.
I have truly benefited from the years of experience these professionals possess & would definitely recommend NS&M to any individual who is looking for a more personalized experience when it comes to addressing their disability equipment needs.

I had an exceptional experience with Chet and the team at National Seating and Mobility in Troy, Michigan. Not only did they provide expert advice and support, but they also went above and beyond by installing a backup camera on my wheelchair, enhancing my mobility and safety. The installation process was smooth and the team was meticulous in ensuring everything worked perfectly. Chet and his colleagues are true professionals who care deeply about their clients' well-being. I've been dealing with these guys for 20+ Years! Never have let me down. I see a ton of bad reviews, I understand the frustration, but I think its mostly insurance or impatience. Mobility for ANYONE IN A CHAIR IS PRIORITY, 5 MINUTES IS TOO LONG WITH OUT IT. Then, you add in transportation to pickup/deliver, coordination w/caregivers, its a DISASTER!!So, no matter how much anyone does, it will never be enough. The staff may not "Seem" compassionate, but they are. If they worked 247 it wouldn't be enough! I know a guy who worked for a seating facility, he was compassionate, worked many ours, bent over backwards, and did more than he should have! These people are only human, and its a business..Unfortunately, the guy I knew got so involved, it ruined his health and passed in 2020, stress of trying to care for everyone can be a burden, try to be patient. (*I'm sure one day I'll have an issue, but right now, I will not switch)

This company is a joke!! If you have any problems, good luck getting in touch with anybody. The billing department has no idea how to do their job. They sent my claim to the insurance company almost 8 weeks late. They overcharged me almost $700. Now I have to get them to refund my money. Do not do business with this company! This only a problem on the corporate side. The local branch has been fantastic.

It was made extremely clear that my daughter’s needs and health were not a priority for this company and their staff. It’s heartbreaking to watch people treat those who need the most support with the least amount of care and respect. I will never work with this company again. Disabled children deserve to be a priority.

I am handicap and received a scooter. It broke within 2 years. I have no car. Called Mobility and they said no in house repairs and I was out of luck

From wheelchair fitting to completion was only a few months. They handled everything for me so no insurance headaches, no hassle, just a little Sense of freedom back! Thanks To all involved.
