Bought a Ferragamo belt listed for men but turned out to be a women's belt. You could tell just by looking at it. Drove from Ann Arbor to get here to do an exchange after verifying with the store prior to my arrival that I was able to do one. Get here and was told they couldn't do an exchange, she didn't have an exact answer as to why. Just that I wasn't able to exchange my item. I can only presume that it was because of the color of my skin because apparently over the phone, and posted publicly is their returns AND EXCHANGE policy which my item qualified for. But apparently only African Americans can't exchange their item, they can only return it. Will never shop at NM and definitely telling everyone I know to stay away.

Larry (sales associate) hawked me down as soon as I walked in, and it sounded like he was in the middle of harassing another group of people because as I walked in they were saying “no we’ve been helped you don’t need to ask us a third time.” So then I’m thinking great this guys going to be fun, and then he’s extremely dismissive of my online pickup order literally saying with disbelief “you paid for this?” Then coming back and handing the order to me without a thank you or come again basically saying “why are you coming in here?”. So Larry the sales associate is a cool guy if you want to keep up a condescending and stereotypical designer store atmosphere. Edit: for context I’m in my early 20s and don’t dress like a “rich person” but I had plenty of money to pay for what I came into the store for and was respectful the whole time I was there, so there was no reason to be dismissive of me, or anyone for that matter.

Some of the fragrance sales people really ruined this store officially only shop at saks fifth because of them. Tom ford lady is always extremely rude and wouldn’t even let me try what I wanted. I want to be left alone while I find what scent I like not hounded and not even being allowed to try what I want. Do something about these terrible employees

I ordered a pair of Tom Ford Pad Lock Heels for a special occasion this past Tuesday.. I paid overnight shipping as well, the shoe didnt ship out after two days. I contacted the store two days in a row and was promised the shoe would be here by Friday 2/16. however.. I received a email at 3am stating that the shoe will now arrive Monday 2/19. No apologies came with that email. if I wanted a shoe on 2/19 I would have did regular shipping. I am very disappointed in this store. I will never purchase anything else from here moving forward.

Geraldine is an AMAZING sales associate. She is a great help to my sister, my mother and I whenever we are at the store. She makes sure to get us what we want and goes above and beyond for all her customers. Get her a raise she deserves it!!!

My boyfriend and I walked over to Neiman Marcus this afternoon to check out the Stone Island collection after receiving very bad service over at the Saks Fifth Avenue store. We were treated exceptionally well by Larry and Barry! Larry greeted us right as we walked into the men's section and was so incredibly helpful. The selection of the Stone Island merchandise was also amazing! Larry and Barry didn't just give wonderful customer service but were extremely friendly and I believe truly enjoyed talking with us. I can't recommend them enough for their remarkable service! We walked away with a great deal on the items we bought as well as some complimentary water bottles which was really kind of Larry to grab for us after such a long and fabulous conversation! Thank you again Larry and Barry!
