Don't recommend Troy, MI Colorist Kathy Partin for several reasons. She didn't focus on me as a client hardly at all. Rather she engaged in non-stop gossipy conversation with her other clients the whole time she was doing my hair. Jammed 3 clients, herself & an assistant, in her tiny small space. Felt like Packed sardines. Especially in lieu of the Covid pandemic, that's not appropriate. Not appropriate any way you look at it. Her prices are high.. I want my colorist to give me at least some personal attention and focus. She was so busy chatting with her other client while doing my hair, I wasn't able to discuss with her my hair. Then she allowed another client who was next to enter the tiny space and chat away even more. Felt like I was on an assembly line & unimportant. Her old, antiquated hair dryer was troubling also. My hair color didn't turn out good. She's basically in her own world and didn;t pay attention to me. With her advanced age (approx 70 years old) I don't expect her to be doing hair much longer anyways. Something to keep in mind. Very disappointed. Don't recommend. Not professional, expensive,, arrogant, oblivious, uncomfortable tiny atmosphere. My opinion. & feelings.

I have been coming to Nicki for years \\u0026 years (my mom \\u0026 grandma are customers also). She does amazing work \\u0026 takes her time to make sure you’re completely happy with your nails. She really puts her heart \\u0026 soul into her work \\u0026 it shows.

Nicki is amazing! Not just a nail tech but a nail ARTIST. She does amazing designs and quality work. In the 8 months I've been going to her my gel polish has never peeled..not once! PS. I sometimes go 4 weeks in between and still no chipping or peeling. She is in a studio which gives you a nice, relaxing , one on one experience. Getting my nails done is a wonderful therapeutic experience \\u003c3

I had been a customer of Nicki many years ago. We lost touch due to life. I was having issues with my nail tech mostly the quality of her work - at times within a day of two after having my nails I would have to go back for a fix. With Nicki I went 3 weeks with no issues!!!! I recently reconnected with her and I am soooo happy to be back with her. She is an expert at her craft.

MY mother has been going to Nickis for over 16yrs ,very professional and loves her work Her clients are very important to her ,she wants to make sure everyone is happy and satisfied with her work.
