Nordstrom is one of my go to stores at Somerset. Clean, organized store and the staff are friendly. Nordstrom also has a great return policy. I needed to return an item that I put in my car's trunk and just forgot about it. I finally brought in my return; four months later. They still accepted it.

The store is conveniently located in the Somerset Mall, with easy access from inside or outside. The store is laid out in a pleasant and convenient format, but I mainly go there to buy shoes. I like the service I get and the selection of shoes they have. They have sales and reduced prices for discontinued styles.

This is the most beautiful and largest Nordstrom that I have ever been to. Various and decent clothes and other lovely items were full of all floors. The place was clean and well organized. Service was amazing and WiFi was fast.

The exorbitantly high interest rate credit card and terrible customer service I started thinking about why I even bother walking in this store anymore. I have decided to pack my credit card away for a much lower interest rate card( if needed ) and find a place where they can at minimum say hello and not walk in your pathway and step on your toes. The passive aggressive sales associates and management are just too much to make you want to even enter the store.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience shopping for pursues and dresses at this store. They even had a DJ and the vibe was fantastic. My wife bought a designer purse, it is so unique and we love it.

I love this location—especially Saba! She really knows her stuff when it comes to perfumes and colognes. She was professional, helpful, and made the whole experience great. I truly appreciated her service.

This store is recognized for its excellent customer service, clean and well-organized layout, and a variety of designer brands. This location also features in-store caffe and convenient services such as personal styling and alterations.

I had so much fun with my cousin plus it was my first time there. And it's a very beautiful place to hang out to have a good time and especially shopping and being at the food court. But other than that I can't wait to come back and see what else they have to offer and it's a very huge place and it is worth to walk and it is worth your time and money.
