If you want to spend your entire evening in line, this is the place to be. 30+ people in line, 2 registers, no assistance, and a manager walking around texting on her phone. Spent 50 minutes in line. Could get through lines at cedar point faster than this store. Absurd. The lady at the register was sweet and kind, not her fault. But poor planning on management end. This line is always wrapped around and slow. Idk why I even bothered. Last time though

Martina the manager had the biggest attitude and wouldn’t accept a return because i bought it from Nordstrom after I waited in line for 20 minutes. Nordstrom policy would let you return any item in both stores but she didn’t want to and had the biggest attitude towards me and other customers

I really love this place. I can get Polo clothes chpear than Polo store. Original price (on the price tag) is 300, but I bought it 120.
And it is more easier to find suitable size clothes than other sales store.

Needed a suit for wedding next week, the dressing room attendant helped me not allow find a size that fits but shoes, belt and shirt. They even got the tailor to make some adjustments. Top notch service.

Lots of parking. Quality inventory. Great deals! Cashiers could cut down on extra conversation after purchase when there's a long line.
