Today I visited the old navy store with my son, to pick up a few uniforms for school. The person that helped me was so kind, she helped me find pants to shirts for him.While in the store he asked her if a mario brothers bookbag was free and she kindly replied no it's $13. He looked at that bookbag and I knew he wanted it but I couldn't buy it today. To my surprise, when I checked out the cashier stated, I have something for you at the end of the counter. The lady that helped me had purchased to bookbag for him. I almost started crying in the store.
Thank you for the kindness you showed my little one, we will never forget what you did today. Old Navy you now have a regular costumer. I will return back to buy that sweet lady lunch!!
This store is located on Coolidge rd, off of 14 mile. In Troy Mi.

The store itself was clean and well organized. Visited on a Sunday and it was somewhat busy. They did a good job of having staff jump on to registers when they saw the line was getting long.
The staff I encountered were also friendly and helpful.

I ordered a toddler set and it was delivered without the pants. Online customer service said I’d need to return it since it was an incomplete set and no longer in stock. Drove specifically to this Old Navy store to return it and they said I’d have to rerun it online. The store manager was useless. Wouldn’t allow me to simply purchase the toddler shirt sans the missing pants. Lots of finger pointing and no results. Terrible customer service.

In store availability of big and tall is limited. Associates are great. Always very helpful ordering item online in correct sizes.
