Called this morning and spoke to someone on the phone about selling items. At no point in the close to 20 minute conversation did they ever say they were not buying for the ENTIRE weekend. I drove 45 minutes to the store and when I got there they told me they were not buying this weekend. If I were the type of person that really needed the money or the gas money I spent to drive out here, I would be LIVID! Instead I will leave a review and I won’t be back to sell or buy!

Biggest inconvenience ever. You could really only sell here if you’re stay at home mom. You have to go during the day to drop your bin off, then they expect you to come back during the day the very next day. Finally found time to go and they told me the bin was too large. Doesn’t seem worth the hassle for the few coins you’ll get for it. I would just tell people to donate to someone in need.

Had a hand full of stuff I had to set on the counter and walk out on because they no longer have a public restroom and my kid needed to go to the bathroom. Pretty crummy a child based business doesn’t cater to their clientele? Also I hate that I had to leave my stuff but I can’t go back and put everything back 1 by 1 when my kids gotta go……will not be returning unfortunately.

You declined my bag for what? It’s not a garbage bag.

I drove 20 minutes with a screaming baby just to show up with a note on the door saying the buy counter was closed. This has happened several times in the past as well. I even called and the voice recording confirmed they sold on sundays. They also don’t follow the corporate website about buying all seasons all the time. They only take the current season. You need to bring your own bag as well if you buy anything. I wish there were a better ran store closer. Editing to add because I forgot, they occasionally sell things for higher than retail. I saw several times brand new with tag items that were listed for MORE than what they were sold for originally.

Very disappointed! I used to be a loyal customer of this place ever since my son was born. I sold a ton of stuff with them and purchased a ton too, but today was my last visit! They closed up the bathroom so they wouldn’t have to keep up with the maintenance of it! This is a place where we take our kids and we spend a lot of time there looking through stuff. We need a restroom! I can’t be running around to other neighboring stores with a toddler to find him a restroom to pee while I’m shopping in a children’s store! It’s ridiculous! I’m moving to Once Upon a Child in Canton and never coming back until the restrooms are open again!

Most of the clothes are Carter's, Cat & Jack, Garanimals, etc. Those are fine but usually very affordable brand new, so I probably wouldn't make a special trip unless I needed to stock up on a lot of clothes at once.
I did find some gems though - in particular, some gently used Ralph Lauren and Janie & Jack items for $10-12.50. I got a couple of dresses and a shirt.

Don’t waste your time selling to them.
I brought matching outfits and some clothes with tags on them still. which I should have just sold on fb marketplace and got only $4.
All of the outfits are barely used a
With no stains.
I wasted more gas coming here to get $4.
Also if you’re going to ask us to fold the clothes that we bring in: shouldn’t you fold them upon returning the items back to us?

Very small store, jam packed with stuff. Sections seemed to be by size rather than type of clothing, which is fine except the signing didn't help you find anything. The onesies are in bins that are stacked on shelves, so there is no easy way to shop them. The aisles are very close together. The floor was dirty and sticky. The people were fine.

Highly do not recommend this location. Posts about a sale all week/day but failed to mention closing on Father’s Day. We drove out of our way to shop for a little guy to find a sign on the door. How disappointing. Terrible operation.

The staff is nice enough, but they won't help delegate or help customers form a line when it's super busy. You'll be left standing there while multiple people get serviced before you, even when it's pointed out that you're next. It has a very garage sale / hunger games vibe to it. I don't entirely blame the staff, the rude and inconsiderate customers that frequent this place make it a bad experience too. Been 3 times and yesterday was my last as it's been the same chaotic and rude mess every time.
