  Other recent reviews are right about this location. Workers do not greet you, acknowledge you or ask if you need assistance. They are very standoffish and act like customers don’t exist. There is a reason why this place always looks empty even on a busy weekend. You’re better off at Urban Outfitters, Hollister or Abercrombie.

  Went into several stores today at Somerset and I can say that this store had the WORST customer service BY FAR. None of their employees greet you or ask if you need assistance. They just stand around talking to each other. I had to walk around to try and find someone to help and both associates were quite rude. I will... read full comment
