Other recent reviews are right about this location. Workers do not greet you, acknowledge you or ask if you need assistance. They are very standoffish and act like customers don’t exist. There is a reason why this place always looks empty even on a busy weekend. You’re better off at Urban Outfitters, Hollister or Abercrombie.

I mean idek where to start but long story short the cashier has no ability to do elementary math. My total was 52$ and I paid 60 cash right? So you think I’d get 8$ back… no I didn’t get my change and when I said something the cashier, she said I paid in full and I told her no I gave you 60 and so I should get 8$ back to me I mean that seems pretty clear enough to me am I crazy? Cashier proceeds to tell to stop yelling at her😕 I wasn’t even being rude or anything I just told her I should have change. Then she goes to get her manager bc it’s that much of a prob to give me a simple 8$ back in cash and I told the manager the situation and she told me to calm down like i quite literally didn’t say anything rude. I genuinely am just shocked how hard it is to listen and have simple common sense bc in the end the cashier gave me 10$ back in change😟 like girl omg it’s 8$… told her it was more than what it was but I just had to leave it at that dude I mean why does it have to be that hard lol. As I walked out she said “Jesus Christ” like yes! Why are you frustrated it was simple math like plz grow up babe

To start off with, when you enter the store no one greets you. Second of all, we were taking a look at the Essential clothing brand. Mind you there isn’t a sign on the rack stating to NOT try that specific clothing. This African American worker RUDLY comes up and shouts you guys can’t try that on. She even gave us a dirty look. After she made us feel a certain way we left the store. We are never ever going back! Save yourself the rudeness from these workers. And honestly stay away from purchasing their stuff. If I could I would give them a zero rating but I can’t lol. Horrible customer service and as a business you should consider who you hire, if not your business will go downhill.

Went into several stores today at Somerset and I can say that this store had the WORST customer service BY FAR. None of their employees greet you or ask if you need assistance. They just stand around talking to each other. I had to walk around to try and find someone to help and both associates were quite rude. I will not be back.

DO NOT SHOP AT PAC SUN.When my daughter went in to return an online item, they gave her store credit only. When asked why she didn’t get it put back on the credit card, the guy said because it’s automatically generated.When asked to speak to the manager, she was told he won’t speak with her. When she asked what the manager’s name is, the cashier said he won’t give out that information.Terrible made-up policy, and terrible customer service. This is an instance where a younger female customer was taken advantage of by a male cashier and a terrible manager.Somerset has gone downhill. This occurred on Sunday at about 4:15 pm.Again, stear-clear of PacSun.

Completely appalled by this Pacsun my clothing fell apart in the wash and I tried to return it in which I was refused because the clothes did not have their original tags. The blonde manger with the arm tattoo and grey top was incredibly rude to me never coming back here again. I have been a loyal customer to Pacsun for years and I never been treated with this amount of disrespect from a customer service employee ever.

Purchased a hoodie and realized after we got home there were 2 holes in it. I believe they came from security tag. Drove 45 minutes there a couple weeks later with original receipt and manager would not exchange or return because we lost the original tag. Horrible customer service.

Employees won’t help you unless it’s essential fear of god because they just hover over its. I came into the yesterday no hello no nothing I looked at the graphic tees two employees standing there didn’t ask if I need help wanted help nothing

Just wanted to put this out there, just it’s so people out there, Who wants and need a job. This store was full of young ladies that had no interest in speaking or acknowledging the customer who entered the store, walk-through the whole store for about 10 minutes and not one employee spoke or greeted me. I had to greet them ?? I wanted to purchase something, I didn’t want to patronize this place. Hope they teach their employees, customers service for the future of the business ??

This is the worst retail experience I’ve ever had! As someone who works retail for many years I was in disbelief at their attitude . To start I asked if they had my size in something and they literally looked at the clothing and ask where I found it because they never saw it before! WHAT EMPLOYEE DOESNT KNOW THEIR MERCHANDISE! Literally made me feel d*** for asking so I had to tell them where I found the item…. Thennnn I went to try on the items in my hand and heard an employee say “who’s going to get that” because no one wanted to open a fitting room for me. And then to end the terrible experience I asked if they could order something for me online and they acted like it was the end of the world and had to wait for someone to do it because I guess none of the employees knew how to do it…? They all had attitudes, stood there and did nothing and no one greeted or checked on me. Clearly they have no guidance
