Keira went out of her way to help us before and after we picked up my 9 year old son’s bearded dragon. She was extremely knowledgeable, and patient. She made great recommendations and helped us make sure we were setup correctly to bring our new pet home. She is an asset to the company and we appreciated her greatly.

Michelle from the Warren location is the best. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, pick out the items I needed and educate me on taking care of a hampster correctly. She really needs a raise or promotion their aren't alot of businesses that have employees so willing to help like her.
