I purchased a quilt and shams last fall and used for the winter and packed it away for the summer. I noticed that the stitches have broken in multiple places. I called CS and they said they could give me 10% back. They said it was wear and tear and over thirty days. Very poor quality. This should not be happening on a product used less than 6 months. PB is expensive! Very disappointed! Won’t buy there again

Unless you are buying a floor model, be prepared to wait 6 months for furniture. Ordered a chair in June. Coming in December. Went back in a few weeks later to see if I can add. Nope. February. If you need to decorate/furnish from the ground up, this isn't your place. Go to Arhaus instead. Better quality, most everything ships in a week, and with discounts, is similarly priced.

Do not buy their gift certificates online! I ordered one this morning for a wedding I was going this afternoon. I tried first to buy the actual gift card at 3 different stores that indicated they had them. Not one of them had any in-stock. It is 7pm. Tracking my order it says that the gift certificates were delivered hours ago via email . I dont have them. Feel bad....it was a $250 gift card for a boss in which several co-workers went in on . So not only did our card go empty, I STILL have no certificate. Now I read all of these horrible reviews. Will ask for a refund!

This company shouldn't even be in the business of selling furniture. It's been six weeks since I placed my order, and still don't have any set date on arrival. Forget about contacting customer service, they're no help either. Pottery Barn will gladly take your money, but fall short on producing! I wish I would have read all the reviews before placing an order with them! Get your act together Pottery Barn! There are many other stores you can buy furniture, and get it a lot quicker!

I love their products but costumer service at this store is bad. Today I waited for a long time to be assisted without any luck, one was with a client all the Time I was there, and the other on the phone, all of them without a care of people standing waiting for them. So I left and drove 8 miles to the Rochester Hills location and there the service was very spectacular!

Bought an expensive bed frame thinking it'd last a bit. Lasted just over a year before it broke. Contacted them and was told they only provide warranty for their products for 30 days.I'd expect that from Ikea, but man it's just proof that just because you spend money on something it won't last.Honestly just go to a different store. They really aren't worth it. Their customer service is also appalling. They refuse to put anything in writing and when asked for proof of their policies they hung up.
