The level of service is absolutely atrocious. Long story short - We had purchased a set of cribs and conversion kits for our twins - not cheap - but they are good quality. We chose PB because they had the quickest delivery frame - supposed to be 5th of July. Took a day off work, no show. This went on for WEEKS basically up until where it became a genuine question if we were going to get in time.Back and fourth, call after call. No reason - just passing blame. Eventually we find out they are still in warehouse. And when they got close enough I called the local warehouse and had to pick them up myself. Received on August 11th. Almost 5 weeks after original delivery date.What was I offered for the delay and wait? $50 delivery charge returned. Worse yet, I found the company who makes the cribs has a website where it’s cheaper.After years of shopping Pottery Barn and Wiliams Sonoma - this is insane. I do not suggest shopping online - just go to the store.

Extremely horrible customer service. Our box was completely destroyed upon delivery. Materials in the box were exposed from both sides of the box. I thought paying for a quality crib would ensure a good experience but I was very wrong. Would not recommend buying anything from this location!

We had a great experience inside of the store, shopping for nursery furniture. My wife came in a month ago for an order pick up and sales associate Michelle remembered her name. They were patient, attentive to our needs, and just an overall great experience. As we were checking out, Heidi joined in on the conversation and made the experience that much better. Overall, we had a great interaction with everyone in the store and got exactly what we needed, and more.

I went in the store to look at recliners for our nursery. When I walked in, there were three employees at the front checkout. Nobody said hi and nobody asked if I needed any help. I was just looking but good customer service should always involve the employees coming to see if they can help. An employee, Michelle Groesbeck, came back from lunch and immediately asked if she could help. She went out of her way to explain the different recliners and she even helped me get a refund on some overcharges I incurred online. She was so kind and she helped with a smile. I highly recommend Kim and I will call her for any future purchases.

Plan on getting married in the next 5 years with the possibility of having a baby in the next 7 years? MAKE SURE TO ORDER NOW. **Beware** you still might not receive it until your child’s 5th birthday. Even though they will tell you every 5 weeks it’s out for shipment just for some excitement. I came to leave a review but in skimming the comments, it looks like I have nothing new to share. I also ordered an item in store they confirmed was in stock a couple months ago, I am also still waiting on my order. The delivery date was changed multiple times. Corporate customer service did offer me a 15% discount after the first date push back. I’ve called once a week for the last perhaps 8 weeks for an update and the answer honestly depends on who I get. This was not the experience I expected or paid for. Hoping the product arrives soon but yes, BUYER BEWARE!!

I called up there before I went to see if they had white furniture the person on the phone told me they did, when I got there it was none. They showed me somethings online I could have did that at home. However they do have some nice things.

Ordered $3,000 worth of furniture for our newborn over a month before he was born. He's now over 2 months old and we still haven't received our products. They have punted the estimated ship date twice now. I'd have never bought this stuff if they had indicated such a long lead time. They're a large enough company that should be able to more accurately estimate lead times, and I bet they know that, so if you ask me, this is a classic bait and switch. I don't think I'll be buying anything else from this place anymore.

I walked in to simply buy some kid sized utensils but I had to leave because the 60 year old was so rude. I left the utensils on the counter and went home and ordered online. Just to be clear, in the past, I have always went into the store mostly because I like to see what I'm buying but also to keep this store open. I remember when they almost shut down and I didn't like that idea so I shopped in the actual store. But heck no, not anymore, so many times over the last year I've been ignored, talked down to and made to be felt like my business there isn't worthy. Rude Rude Rude people work there!!! Ive done lots of serious business at that store and to be treated like dirt doesn't make sense. So from now on, I'm online. And you know what, Im over that whole " i need to see it in person."The End

Exceptional above and beyond service! I bought a beautiful chair from here, the service that takes the cake is that I forgot box of crayons and left them somewhere in the mall but today I found them at my doorstep. They took the time to find my address from the chair order package it up and ship it to my door. They really do care about their customers!

This location is bad and this company has become very unprofessional. The assistant manager tried to physically touch me to remove my mask as I was talking to her. I am pregnant and she was having trouble hearing me so she literally tried to touch a pregnant person in the face and pull down their mask during a pandemic. That's weird to do under normal circumstances (personal space), but especially now... To boot, I drove in from Ann Arbor to see a crib in person and had called in advance to very it was at the store, they did not have that or even the color swatch available for me to view when I got there. Go shop somewhere else would be my recommendation.

Terrible customer service. After repeated cancellations & delays we were promised expedited service by no less than 3 employees, one the Senior Lead Customer Service. Now we’re being told by another supervisor “expedited service is impossible with furniture, our employees put their foot in their mouth when they told you that” Wow. It’s a shame, their furniture is really nice, it’s just impossible to get.

Very ashamed of this company. This is the second time I’ve ordered an item that shows in stock, just to be told after I pay that the item is back ordered. I ordered a personalized Easter basket liner with my sons name on it, (which I paid an arm and a leg for) assuming it was in stock, just to be told it’s not. Now it’s likely not going to arrive on time for Easter & it’s non refundable since it’s personalized. Had I known these were on back order, I never would have ordered in the first place!! For such an expensive store, I expect quality in all categories and this store is lacking big time.
