Tom Trevarrow and Corey Anderson were awesome to work with! They took excellent care of me and my loan. They had outstanding communication with me and always maintained professionalism and honesty. I am glad I used Premia versus other lenders. By far one of the best experiences I have had with any lender.Update - 2 years later I worked with Scott Jansen. He delievered an awesome experience as well! His knowledge, passion and dedication to my experience was second to none!

The people are rude and condescending. They are also terrible at their job; my name is frequently misspelled, so I carefully spelled it during our first interaction and they still continually misspelled it. One of their employees just got our names wrong entirely. All they told us on the initial call was inaccurate. They asked for stuff that was ridiculous and didn’t understand what was given them; we sent them documents showing approval for virtual work with APPROVED on the document and they called us back to ask for documentation that showed it was approved. They claimed our credit score would be updated because we paid down a lot of debt right as we applied, but it wasn’t. They asked for documentation showing a URL on the bottom when we had one with a URL at the top because it was on a desktop instead of a phone. They held up my house closing after waiting until the very last minute to ask for documentation then asking for more and more repetitive documentation for days after. They scoffed at us and didn’t believe us when we told them our company policy wouldn’t allow them to talk to HR. We got an email from HR and they still didn’t believe it. They continually ignored us, talked down to us, misled us, gave us incorrect information, and told us something inaccurate about my credit score and report while I was on the credit bureau website looking at the information that showed they were wrong. Note that we make good money and have good credit. If you don’t, you’re probably in serious trouble with these guys. We are also not young, and in situations where we made less money and had a worse credit score, other mortgage companies have made the process simple with maybe one or two go backs; this company had us going back for more documentation multiple times a day.Should you do business with Premia? Let me ask you a few questions:Do you want someone to treat you as if you’re an idiot while they evidently can’t listen OR read?Do you want to be treated as a criminal but also a hacking genius who can forge information in under five minutes all at once?Do you want to provide the same information in fifteen different formats?Do you want applying for a mortgage to be like a part time job while you’re trying to move across the country at the same time?If you answered Yes to any or all of those questions, Premia could be the lender for you. If, like me, you answered all these with HECK NO, you should look for a different mortgage lender.

Totally disrespectful of my time! I had indicated I would be going with another company as I was much happier with their service and rate quotes, and Billy Nocita from Premia seems to lack the ability for effective communication. He called to discuss when I was trying to get to an appointment and when I indicated I could not talk he just kept asking questions until I hung up on him. He then had the audacity to email me saying we were disconnected-as if I did not make it obvious that I could not talk right then. He just called again, and when I told him I was happy with who I have chosen we went through the same pattern. I am truly appalled at the lack of consideration for a potential client.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a lender. The perks they offer for relocation are not worth the headache of actually working with them.1. This company will promise lower interest rate to sign you up and then jack up the interest rate higher than other companies. Rate went up more than 1% in a week and almost cost us our house. Then they will require more $ via points to knock it down.2. Were told we could waive the appraisal. This was a mistake by the lender and they did nothing to correct it, didn’t offer any discounts and told us we were still on the hook to pay for it.3. They have messed up our closing documents at least 3-4 times. We will now not be closing on time due to their paperwork mistakes.Absolutely do not use this company. Worst service ever.

I’ve used Premia for all my home purchases except one. Recently I just started the process of buying a new home and I initially started to use them but opted to go with DHI mortgage because of incentives. Well, it ended up being a disaster and Dan and Jessica here bailed me out. The service received from Dan and Jessica were on the highest level. We got closed out in 10 days and DHI couldn’t get their stuff together with the 45 days I gave them.Thank you so much for the help!!!Some of these reviews complain about them not servicing the loan, the vast majority of lenders do not service your loan, they simply obtain it and move it along. My mortgages have been turned over 3-5 times in my ownership. Before complaining about a normal process just do some basic research.

This is my third time using Premia. They offer the most competitive rate product of any of other company that I consulted, by far, and their entire team is responsive and prompt. They work through issues that aren't their issues just to help their clients. Jeff Toll and Corey Anderson are fantastic... came back twice already and would come back again if I relocate!

Corey and Tonya were tremendous throughout the process. We really appreciate the great job you did supporting me and my family during this transition. It can be hard to relocate a family of 5 but Corey and Tonya really helped it go smoothly and answered all our questions in a timely manner so that we never had to worry or stress about this part of the transition.

I moved as a result of work back to the WA area and was able to find a home I liked after about a month of searching. Jim is very knowledgeable about his job and was able to explain some of the forms and verbiage which get long-winded and confusing to a lay person. He was a little impersonal but nothing unexpected. My problem was with the phone system. I got voicemail more than not when calling. He always called me back, but not an ideal medium for communicating during something as stressful as home purchasing. He explained why I got voicemail (because he was on another call) but it adds to the anxiety if you can't get a hold of your loan officer. I suppose it balances out since I always eventually talked to him but didn't leave a very supple flavor behind. My real objection was with the underwriting and processing of my loan. One of the higher ups in management did follow up after a negative review I provided which explained that a loan candidate in these times needs to have an immaculate record with no question marks. While I get that, the way that Isaac handled it made me feel I was undergoing a criminal prosecution. Understanding why did nothing to mitigate the lack of sympathy for the frustration and stress it caused. It got to the point that I felt anxiety sending out any emails to him and any I received back. They were also insensitive to the time difference. Me, Pacific. Them, Eastern. I was only able to productively interact with them for about 4 hours out of the day. On the final day, they "forgot" about the time difference causing not a little stress not only to me, but to my real estate agent. This was a horrible experience and I would go out of my way to avoid working with this team again.

I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about Bridget our loan specialist. She was second to none and truly went above and beyond to not only provide exceptional service but also made it personal and treated us like family. She worked tirelessly and many days after hours to ensure our process was smooth. We have purchased 4 homes throughout the past 15 years and never, ever had we experienced or had some an incredible experience.Your company is truly lucky to have Bridget. She is kind, caring, goes above and beyond, and treats others the way she would want to be treated. She followed up even after closing to make sure everything went smoothly and to see if we needed anything else. I truly hope you take a moment to recognize her for her incredible work.Bridget, you were an angel to us and we consider you our friend.
