Our company leased three pieces of equipment from this company. Our sales representative was awful. He was virtually useless during our SIX MONTH PROCESS to return our equipment at the end of the lease term and failed to advocate on our behalf with the leasing company.
We were stuck with additional costs from the leasing company and saddled with navigating the entire process without any assistance.
If you're looking for a predatory company who will gladly take your money and throw their hands up at any request for assistance, this is your company!

Awesome customer service there leasing department is the best Kim and Rachel go above and beyond to help with your leasing questions. Also there service department is top notch they also go above and beyond to satisfy each and every customer I highly recommend premier business products for copier.and print management services

Highly recommend to anyone looking to lease office equipment. Customer care is over the top amazing. I'd love to say the equipment itself never breaks down but with all kinds of people using it for all kinds of projects, jams happen. When that happens, you need excellent service. Premier provides!! I call them my Rockstar Service Team! As an office manager, having their equipment with them backing it with Rockstar Service, makes my job that much easier!!

I met with Craig Zimmerman, the self-proclaimed “copierologist†who claims a PhD in “copierology†from SC4 (a two year community college), several years ago. The company I worked for needed a new copier. Out of the 5 companies I contacted, “Dr. Copierology's†price was far and away the highest, so I went with a different company's machine. He would not stop calling. Several times a day for months. He finally stopped when I promised to press charges for harassment. Do. Not. Call. Them.

They seem to have new sales reps every few months either there is poor management or the company has been sold. I went with another company because of this, if you cant keep people maybe its time to look for different managers.

Craig Zimmerman (President) wIll not stop calling me. I have asked over a dozen times to be taken off their calling list and he just can't stop. Their customer service motto "never say never" sure holds true for him as he continues to call me and won't take no for an answer.

Craig Zimmerman is the president and a real JERK! He lacks the ability to interact with customers, if he doesn't like what you have to say he just hangs up. How you can attempt to own a business with no people skills is beyond me. I wouldn't buy anything from this guy, ever. Buy at your own risk.
