“I didn't have a problem with the equipment, in fact the skid steer I rented was absolutely awesome and did exactly what I needed it to do. However when I called to reserve this the price I was quoted turned out to be very different from what they ultimately charged me. Over the phone I was told it was $350 for the skid steer rental but they neglected to mention there was an additional charge for the trailer. On top of that when I was rang out I found out there was an additional 3.5% charge for using a credit card. I find it ironic that you MUST use a credit card to rent but then they nickel and dime you with the fee?? I mean aren't they making enough money on the rental itself?? This alone leaves a very bad taste in my mouth and in the future I don't think I'll be renting from here again.

Since the owner took the time to reply and offered to undo the transaction for me I am bumping my review from two stars to four stars. I'm going to leave the transaction as it is since they are located somewhat far away from me and as it is I am getting 2% cash back from Capital One on this transaction anyways. Thank you for the offer though.”

The equipment that we needed wasn’t available through his company, so he gave us information to another company that was a lot closer to us that had what we needed available. I don’t remember the last time someone was so helpful, knowing he would likely not make any money off of it. Highly recommend this honest company and would use them in a heartbeat if we have another function that requires rentals.”

They were able to keep cool and still help customers while some rage monster in camo shorts is crying over a trailer reservation. I was only able to catch one of the workers names. Rosa, you and your team rock!”
“People are nice and no waiting line so was quick. I came here because Google told me this is closest and 20 lbs refill cost me $20 plus tax. That's $4 per pound. U-Haul is a bit far but $3.25 per pound. But U-Haul is always crowded... so I guess it is trade off. Is $3.75 worth the time and fuel I save...”
