Public Storage has absolutely abysmal customer service. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been rude, dismissive, and downright arrogant. I am currently trying to cancel my unit, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare.
I have attempted to reach the company via phone, text, and online chat. Each time, I am abruptly cut off before I ever get a real answer. When I try calling by phone, I am disconnected before I can even speak to a live person. There is no way to resolve a simple issue remotely, and the complete lack of accessibility is unacceptable.
Now, just to cancel my unit, I am forced to physically go in person — a major inconvenience that could easily be avoided if their customer service system functioned properly.
If you value your time, your money, and respectful customer support, avoid Public Storage.

Nancy was the absolute best! She was so helpful I stopped by her location and they didn’t offer the unit size that I needed and she got my account all set up for a location right down the street.

They had great customer service! Timara answered all of our questions, and even stayed extra late to give us the help we needed!

Timara had great customer service. We showed up accidentally 5 minutes from closing and she still gave us her time. We left there 15 minutes after closing and she was super kind after a long day of work!
Update
Came back the next day and Nancy was nothing shy of amazing as well. Truly appreciate her patience and due diligence in completing my process.

Timara was super helpful while I was there early on a Saturday, asking if I needed anything and saw her picking up some trash people left. Need more people like her, you can tell she takes her job serious but super friendly at the same time
