I had been paying the same rate for months, and without any notice my automatic billing suddenly went up to over double. No email, no letter, nothing. When I called to ask why, the woman on the phone was extremely rude, unhelpful, and even hung up on me. They refused to help even though I was never informed of the price change. I feel completely taken advantage of and treated with zero respect as a customer.
Edit: When I called and asked to speak with someone else they refused to get me to another person and said “you’re welcome” and hung up. The lack of basic customer service and support is beyond frustrating. There are plenty of other storage facilities in the area that have better service and similar pricing.

EDIT: Instead of deleting, I've decided to edit my review. When and ONLY when I decided to leave the poor review below, we're we contacted by the regional manager Cody. After speaking with him, it was funny how easily our monthly bill got adjusted permanently back to our initial agreement we signed on a contract on. Because, that's what was happening.. raising our rate from gradually over time. Within a years span it went from $32 to $65/mo. Nothing changed yet it gradually increased. We paid on time. They only agreed to fix the rate if I deleted the review. So I'll give you 3 stars for fixing the issue but the crap we had to go through to get to here was uncalled for... interestingly, until the review, all we heard was there's nothing we can do.. well apparently there was! All they are really concerned about is not having a bad review is what it's boiling down to for decent business. Funny how the managers tone has changed in the VM letting us know the situation was rectifyed by Cody who could even call us back himself. So there... THAT is the HONEST REVIEW.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ACROSS THE BOARD!! The manager Terry had a horrible attitude and speaks to you like you're beneath her. With there's nothing I can do attitude!! We've asked to speak to the district manager and STILL have yet to hear from this person!!! We've rented for about a year and have paid on time and the price of the unit has DOUBLED!! Corporate is just as bad with wanting to talk over you! We will take our things and go elsewhere! I will NEVER EVER AGAIN use their services!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!
