Even with an appointment I had to wait 30 mins to be seen. The lady was nice when she called me back and apologized for the wait. The wait I could have dealt with but she couldn't find my vein when she stuck the needle in and moved it all around several times since no blood was coming out. Finally after 5-10 seconds of moving the needle in my arm, a vein was struck. I have never felt so much pain getting my blood drawn before and will definitely not be back to this location.

Google where to take an employer mandated drug test and this place shows up at the top of the list. Nowhere (clearly) on their website does it say they don't do those. So I drove all the way there and it's written in small print on their door. How about you post something like that on your website maybe?? 🤷♂️

The person drawing blood missed my vein than moved the needle around in my arm until she got one . I do not like when someone fishes for a vein . It left a half dollar size bruise when normally I habe no bruising or a very very small one . She should have taken her time etc if she missed she should try again bs “fishing with the needle still inside my arm . It hurt a lot also .

Setting the appointment and checking in were very quick and easy. I arrived 10 minutes early and was taken right in. Sharonda was friendly, but I was left with a huge bruise and my arm was sore for days. I've never experienced this before with having blood drawn. Not happy and would not recommend.

Technicians are poorly trained. She could not insert needle into vein properly and left terrible bruises.

Don't waste your time with a walk in. Not only do they not have live people to talk to IN Office if you walk in they force you to come back later.. what's the point of a Walk in?

I really enjoyed the company of the friendly phlebotomist. She was sunny and nice to talk to. She also had to deal with a very agitated customer while I was there and she did great. A really great person. I don't know her name, but she was the only person working there during my appointment. I hope you track her down and say thank you.

It was an easy check in process. I scheduled beforehand for my labs which I would absolutely recommend doing. Love that they email you an update immediately when labs are finished and it is detailed with ranges. Great set up here.
The only suggestion I would have is wrapping after blood draw. Bandaid did not last the car ride home.

I have never had a less than stellar experience at this site. They are prompt, courteous, efficient, and skilled. I am a bit of a baby when it comes to having my blood drawn but the phlebotomists are so skilled and friendly that I hardly notice I've been stuck!

Although professional and quick, I left having the worst pain in my arm and after voicing my concerns to them I was waved off like it was normal. I had to call them due to the increasing pain, was told I would receive a call back from the supervisor and never received it. It took 3 weeks to gain back full use of my arm. To top it all off, they overcharged me by $162.91 for a test that was blatantly shown as non eligible on my explanation of benefits. Find another provider for these services.
