My family's first time requiring home health care. Era, my dad's PT is the sweetest, most compassionate, skilled, competent individual we could've asked for. My dad gave her a hard time (most times in jest) and she went right along with it - he actually enjoyed her visits and she worked him out each and every time (I think he tried to work as hard as he could for her, which is rare lol)- feel blessed that she was assigned to him - he's moved up to Charlevoix now, so hoping he likes his PT up there as much as Era!!

I couldn’t have asked for more caring, compassionate, helpful, and reliable nurses, and staff to help me through the past 10 months with my mother. She was able to stay home with me right through to the end of her life, thanks to them. Words cannot express how grateful I am to all of them. If you’re looking for home care, I highly recommend.

I work in healthcare, but this past summer I did something I never thought I would/ or could possibly do. My mom had a bowel obstruction, which turned into 2 months being in the hospital with multiple complications after surgery and many different infections.Needless to say, I knew I'd have to help her once she went home. But she wasn't supposed to come home with multiple IV antibiotics or a wound bag that id have to care for. (The hospital failed to offer or suggest caregiver training or any knowledge of what I needed to know and do as her 24/7 caregiver).Residential HHC went above and beyond, taught me eventhing I needed to no, (mind u i work in healthcare, but I'm a social worker, no medical experience what so ever) and there probably the reason my mom is alive and well today.I would like to give a extra 10+ stars to her nurse-Angelo, OT-Alyssa and PT-Boomi. Plus a few other nurses who came out within those 4 months. Everyone was so kind, helpful, compassionate, caring, great communication, plus so much more that words can't even describe. I'm so grateful for everyone who cared, and helped me care for my mom.Residential HHC was amazing! And I, (not as a healthcare worker) as a family member taking home and caring for their loved one would highly recommend Residential.Thank you again for all you do. And for everything you did for my mom and i.

Cant say enough about Chase at Residential Home Health and Hospice. Called this company at a very difficult and stressful time. Chase spent a lot of time talking to me and explaining everything and helping me with the hospice process. He felt like a family member that was there for us, what ever we needed. As it turns out, we did not use his service because my father did not need hospice after all. But chase kept calling and checking in on us even after he knew we not using Residential. He just wanted to be sure we were ok and taken care of. If we need their service in the future, this is the first call I will make.

My sister was a long-term MS patient who received care from Residential during her final 3 months. The care provided by her team was excellent. My mother also required hospice care from another provider this year, and it was interesting to see the different approaches and levels of service. While both were good, my other sibling and I both agreed that Residential was markedly better. I would recommend them to anyone looking for hospice services in the metro Detroit area.

My spouse was on hospice for nearly 3 years nurse practitioner was great! So we’re the care nurses that helped. Dr put us through some nerve-racking times, as he always wanted to take him off of hospice. Communication could’ve been better in the beginning, I was told they didn’t do wound care, and then I found out that they did Wound Care. It’s like every one in the health field now too many patients not enough care staff. Was disappointed when the nurse that cared for him didn’t come the day he passed?

Larry came to our home today to help tend to my husband’s calciphylaxis leg wounds. He spent a great deal of time explaining to my husband what he was going to do and how to help him. He could not have been more helpful or kind.

My dad has been home for two weeks and they have failed to provide any therapy! Nurse came and PT did for evaluation but it has stopped there. Called several times and nobody knows why…now our calls are being ignored. Very unprofessional and super disrespectful

Deanna is very, polite, knowledge, professional and very willing and pleased to do her job. She is very courteous always with a smile on her face and so gentle but secure when handling her patients. You can ask her questions and she always responds back in kindness with the answer. Deanna is an awesome Caregiver and very deserving of a raise ? ?.

Nurse Wesley called and shared his visit with my mother. He provided me with an update and answered my questions. I appreciate Wesley because he listened to my personal feelings as we talked and he was very professional and personable.
