Got my breaks down and tire alignment for my 2016 Mercedes cla250. I was in an out in a couple hours. The oil change place next door recommended these guys. I’m from out of town so I was just trying to get the work done asap. I didn’t feel pressured or overcharged and I’m satisfied with the work. I especially appreciated them not trying to upsell. I’ll be going here from now on

When your car breaks down, especially as a woman !!!!! - it’s a very stressful situation ! My turbo went out of my Honda Girl, and of course the dealership wanted to charge me a crazy amount - so I did some research and started calling some shops close to my house. I towed my car here from the dealership based on the amount of good reviews they had…. And I wanted to add one for myself. My car drives amazing again. And the engine light is off 🤣 the price difference was also significant! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would take my car there again.

Revive Auto Repair will now be our family’s FIRST choice for any of our auto care needs!
My car (‘15 RAV4, with about 92k miles) is pretty well maintained, but it started making a very subtle clacking sound ( which I thought scary and sounds expensive😬).
I booked an appointment online ( which was smooth and easy), and was prepared to spend an exorbitant amount of money. Because that is just what I expect when going to an auto repair shop or dealership service center.
When my husband and I arrived, the mechanic (I wish I would have gotten his name) at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. He really listened to understand as I explained my car issue. He immediately knew what could be wrong with my car, took my keys, and asked us to give him about 5-10 minutes. After about 5-7 minutes, he pulled my car around to the front. Hands me my keys, and told me I was all good. My husband asked, “What do we owe you?” He said “nothing!” I was in complete shock! I have never had an experience where I walked away from a car repair shop or dealership without paying something, even for a very minor fix. This seemly small interaction, spoke volumes for us. They just gained customers for life, not just because he didn’t attempt to overcharge us, but because he really listened, was honest, and knowledgeable about the simple fix. Absolutely 10/10, would recommend!

Excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Sometimes when mechanics see women coming they charge you the girl tax. Not here. Nick and his team are honest and professional. Services always efficient and I love that I can make an appointment.

Had an emergency with my car - I am a senior and the owner treated me with respect found the problem it was thermostat and the car was heating up fast -got it fixed in a blink and I was on my way .
The experience was wearth every penny thank you young man for your help and not over charging me I will recommend him anytime .

The bestabd honest place to take your vehicle or motorcycle to. They don't overcharge and they do great, clean work. They have taken care of my Polaris Slingshot for the past 3 years... everything from oil changes, led lights all around it including the wheels, and other electrical issues. Nick, who operates/owns it, takes pride in his work and makes sure the customer knows exactly what to expect. Nick teaches the customer on mechanical issues and how to avoid future issues. Hands down, the best and most honest place you can you go to.

I went to Revive Auto Repair for a pre-purchase inspection and had a great experience. Nick K, the owner was prefessional, honest and made the process smooth from start to finish. The inspection was done in a timely manner, and the pricing was fair and very competitive. I really appreciated the clear feedback, which helped me make an informed decision. Highly recommend Revive if you're looking for trustworthy and reliable auto service. I look forward to driving the 2000 BMW 740i.

I dropped off my car here for an inspection. The person interested in buying my car 2000 BMW 740i wanted it to be inspected by these guys. Which I had no issues with. Everything went well for the most part. Nick inspected the car, took it for test drive and I even let nick and potential buyer go on a test drive by themselves. This is where things turned unpleasant. Nick comes back and asks how much I’m selling the car. I told him the price, he then asks me “Do you know what’s wrong with the car?” As if I’m selling some junk car. Mind you this is a 25 Year old bmw that had VISUAL COSMETICS issues. Things that are visual to the eye, no mechanic needed to see these issues. Ripped headliner, missing splash shield. In front of the buyer he goes to say “You won’t get that price” as if he’s trying to negotiate for his customer. I found that to be rude and unprofessional. Not only is it not your business but do this in front of the potential buyer. Uncalled for. You were paid by the buyer to inspect it. That’s it. Stick to your job.

Horrible! Do not come here. I brought my Mercedes here to get the A/C fixed because they work on “exotic cars”. I got referred from a guy who brought his G8 there and he also is now saying after a while he won’t use him again as well because he started to notice it’s just a drop off and pick up business and no work is done to the car.
Nick is the one I dealt with for my car. I believe he is the owner, he said it was the compressor for my car and after 3 weeks he called me and said he couldn’t fix it and I still had to give him his “labor and part money” and that I should take it to the Mercedes dealership because they are the only ones who will know. My car wasn’t fixed and I paid him his money because I was caught off guard and thought he was being honest. But after I took it to the Mercedes dealership, they told me it was the compressor as well that needed changed and that Nick should’ve gave me the old compressor back because the one that he supposedly put in my car was old and not working at all. I didn’t know Michigan laws were that a mechanic could give back the old part.
After I called him and asked for the old part he said “I don’t have it” YEA because you never put it or worked on the car.
After Mercedes dealership put the new compressor in my car. The A/C finally started to work and the issue was solved.
Nick ripped me off and stole my money, I even tried to dispute with my credit card and he fought it because he loves to steal money from clients and he didn’t care about my car.
If he would’ve told me from the start that he couldn’t do it, I would’ve sent it there from the beginning. But he wanted to steal money.
