I have a child with type 1 diabetes. I was having a hard day and struggling to get what she needed in a hurry due to my insurance. A VERY understanding pharmacy employee(Veronica) was able to get my daughter the prescription she needed within minutes of talking to my insurance. Thank you for being understanding of our situation.

I GO here often because I live right here. The past few times I've bought green tea, and pop from here that have all been bad. I don't appreciate buying bad products. The people are the 3 stars

The pharmacy service has been good, but the older guy who works as a cashier this evening has no people skills. He needs additional training.

I have never been more impressed by a pharmacy staff. Got my covid booster and flu shot. They had all my info. Made sure of my history. And were just pleasant. I know it's supposed to be like that regardless, but it took the worry out today. Kudos.

This pharmacy gave up 8-12 months ago. They used to care but stopped. Now it’s so difficult to get prescriptions dispensed that I’d rather stop taking them and die instead of dealing with the frustration at Rite Aid. I already left feedback with the 800 number. Nobody cares.

I had to get a flu shot for nursing school. Making the appointment online was very easy. I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes late (my fault) and I was still taken back for the vaccine within a reasonable time. The pharmacist was very kind and took her time to make sure she gave me the correct documentation that I needed for school.

Wow. I am about to switch back to CVS. I was waiting on amoxicillin for my daughter. The tech that did our prescription was clueless. First she looks at the bottle and realized that it doesn't have all the information on the label. The most important information was how many days to take it. When I asked her how many she said 7. I laughed and said that isn't right because usually it is between 10 to 14 days. She goes and find the paperwork for the medication and rolls it up and puts in the bag and says all the information is on the paper. I should have looked before heading home. When I got home to look there wasn't any days written on anything about how long to take this medication. I had to call my doctor's office to find out and they even asked why pharmacy didn't have that on there. Geeze, pretty sure that can be dangerous. I am hoping that I have enough for 10 days now because it wasn't written on there. It is their job and it bothered me that the lady was lazy and acted like it was an inconvenient for her to actually make a new label for us. Which she didnt do in the first place!!! Do your job!!!

My child's after surgery prescription was sent here from my regular pharmacy. It wasn't ready when I got here over 1.5 hours later, and it still isn't ready. I was told 15 more minutes, so I came in to wait. It has now been 40 minutes. And I'm stuck. I need this for my child, who's in pain. Another lady checked on her pick up and hers was over 2 hours late. She's now gotten hers and I JUST got called for mine. Ridiculous!

The past few times I’ve refilled a prescription over the phone, they haven’t been ready when I go to pick up. However, they do refill quickly once there.

Pulled up at 4:30am. Because I really need some pain medicine. A sign on the front door says closed until 5am. The staff said they were cleaning will open back up at 5. I went back to my car thinking instead driving back home I’ll just wait here for half an hour. After 5am I went back again. The staff said no entry cuz the floor still wet gonna be another 30 mins. He could’ve told me in the beginning or DO NOT put a sign on there says will open at 5. The floor looks dry from my point of view. If you just want sit at front play on your phone instead of letting the customer in and doing your work. Just say so.

If your medicine is out of stock, don't expect a phone call letting you know. Also, when you do call and inquire about it, if it was out of stock, they remove the rx request from your account and tell you they don't have a rx request for you. This didn't use to be the case. Did this pharmacy recently get new management? Since about October/November I've had nothing but issues with communication. It's not their fault they are out of stock, but that needs to be relayed to the patient and most certainly shouldn't be removed from the patients record. How do you know to fill it when it's back in stock??

Just wanted you to know that Melanie S. at the pharmacy store #4305 is amazing! Every time I go there she is friendly with a smile, she knows my name and children’s name. She remembers if I didn’t like a certain brand of generic medicines, and always make sure that I am not given the wrong one. I know I can count on her for what I need. Her customer focus is superb! Wanted to say Thank you!

Diana and staff were so helpful. Best Rite Aid in the area!
