My review doesn’t have to do with Sephora itself but one of their employees. Michelle Watts is very unprofessional. I went to grab a lip balm from the drawer and instead of politely telling me I wasn’t allowed, she came and slammed the drawer with her knee and almost smashed my fingers. People like this either need to get trained better or find a job outside of customer service. She gives a bad reputation for the service industry.

I’m so grateful that I was able to meet someone like you. It took me three hours on the bus to get to the before that day and I’m grateful that I was able to retrieve my birthday freebie. She did not treat me in any kind of way, but like a friend. We’re dealing with a loss of my uncle, she gave me not only condolences 💐, but hope for the future thank you so much. Went here today to get some new fondation & had no clue what I was doing hahaha. Goldie is AMAZING!!!! She was so so sweet and is so knowledgeable about the products they sell there. I hate going to somerset… I dread it all the time but I want to go back just because of GOLDIE. She is AMAZING SHE DESERVES THE BIGGEST RAISE. I will see you soon gorgeous
