  Terrible service the Manager lady is incredibly rude I believe she’s the manager but she threw the bag of items at my father and was being rude to my dad the entire time when we were trying to pay

  The unbelievably rude manager lady didn't get her name. She threw my items at me in front of my daughter and told her how unprofessional she was and she was like I don't care to have a good day. Never coming back here ! The manager looks like she hates working there and she looks miserable

  The owner of this gas station backed into my car. He tried to argue with me about whether he even hit my car before finally agreeing to meet me inside the store to exchange information. When he saw me taking pictures, he hid in the back.
  
  I have since learned that my engine mount and headlight are broken. I cannot simply submit an insurance claim because police do not investigate accidents on private property.
  
  Unfortunately, as of now I lack the spare change to repair it out of pocket and he lacks personal accountability, so I am up the creek with no proverbial paddle. Based on this chance encounter, I wouldn't get gas at this Shell station ever again unless they paid me.

  I encountered an issue where a $10 fuel purchase did not visibly increase my vehicle's fuel gauge despite the pump indicating a complete transaction. This has led me to question the accuracy of the station's fuel dispensing equipment.
  
  For those considering this gas station, I recommend vigilance when monitoring fuel dispensed versus payment made, especially when paying inside. Based on this experience, my advice is to proceed with caution until the accuracy of the pumps can be verified.
  
  So basically, I wasted 10 minutes and lost $10 dollars.

  Treated me terribly! Worst customer service! I spent $20 on food and drinks and another $20 on lotto. I ask for drink holder and they refused and as a senior citizen they really don't like Americans.

  This is my regular gas station. The pumps are always working for me and only complaint is the staff could fill the receipt paper at the pumps more often. When I have to go inside for my receipt they are friendly and fast. The lot is easy to get into and out of. Large convenient store at this location if you need snacks or something to drink and then some.

  I purchased gas inside, went out to pump, the pump was broken and wouldn't let me pump V power, but defaulted to premium. I stopped it, and went inside, told the clerk what happened. He told me I had to purchase gas AGAIN. I was confused but went along with it, he claimed it would go back on my card, and I knew that wasn't true, but I needed my gas. Long story short, he lied. I got charged twice. Don't waste your money here, they obviously just want to steal yours!

  This morning I went to the same pump (#8) that I always go to because I'm in a wheelchair and my ramp sticks out when its open.
  I put my credit card in and once it was approved it say's lift handle and select the gas type. Which I did but it went right to the premium gas button. Luckily I was paying attention and did not pump any gas. I repeated the step again paying closer attention to not hit the premium button and it did it again.
  I decided to move my van to another pump and try again. This time it said to see cashier. When I went inside and told the lady cashier the issue I was having and she let me know they knew about this issue and had it corrected. I told her it still happening so they did not fix the problem. She then told me that I must select the fuel grade before lifting the handle because the hose hits the premium grade button. I told her I thought it was a scam and she started yelling at me. again I was paying close attention not to hit the premium grade button. If they are not trying to take advantage of people then why not have a sign stating the order of how to do it so this doesn't happen. After I told her that she completely went off on me. I have been using this station for the last 40 years and will never spend one more dollar at this station.
  At this point I will not use another Shell station for the rest of my life and I will tell this story to every person I meet.
  For God sake I'm in a wheelchair and my life is hard enough.
  Maybe if she would of been more caring or apologized for making me move my van and having to come into the store things would of gone much differently.

  I come in at least twice a day mornings and on my breaks sometimes I literally always check my vape if I buy one not because of there rules because I buy them from my own experience sometimes they work sometimes they don't work and I have ran into issues in the past but I come here all the time so I thought the lady would vouch for me and give me at least a one time warning I was in a rush today didn't check my vape it was dead asf and I even risk being late going back to work to replace the one that wasn't working she totally acted like she never seen me and I never try my vapes out just really weird the owner basically told his manager stop talking to me just leave it alone like how are you going to just say f*** a customer like that after I spent my money And I was only giving them issues because they called me spending more money and buying another one was all they could do like you really think I wanna waste my money while y'all collect more why would I spend a dollar more for something that didn't work

  We stop by this Shell on a regular basis for drinks and snacks.They have a really good selection of diet and sugar free drink options. Usually you only see 1 or 2 options with sugar free Powerade, but they have 6 or 7. The drinks are also kept really cold which is nice. They have some awesome candy from overseas. My partner really likes Flake bars and they actually have them.The gas prices are average for the area, but we generally don't get gas here.
