Attempted to contact the Service Dept to have a couple of questions answered. Was told there is a ‘call back service’ and I’d receive a call back later that day. Two days later, no call. Tried Live Chat, entered information and again nothing. As a longtime customer that has purchased multiple cars in the past, I’m not going back. I’ll find somewhere else to have service completed on my vehicles.

Your salesperson Chris Adams, who we worked directly with in the eventual lease of our 2023 GMC Sierra, is the most professional salesperson that I have ever dealt with. Chris is a very courteous, genuine, and polite individual who listens to the customer and actually engages in conversation.However, an unfortunate incident occurred at the end of our shopping experience, when we eventually agreed on a price:After working with Chris on Thursday September 14, we were told that Chris would not be in the dealership on Friday, and were told that Tim would help us on Friday with any questions. After coming back in the early afternoon on Friday September 15 and working with Tim, a "final price" was agreed upon by both parties. However, for whatever reason Tim asked us to come back again on Saturday September 16 to finalize everything. Tim assured us that the visit on Saturday would be relatively quick, and as we were also in the area visiting family, we asked if there was anything on our end that we could provide to make Saturday's visit as short as possible. At that time, much of the needed paperwork (insurance information, Copy of driver's license etc.) was given to Tim. I still do not understand, when my wife and I had everything necessary on our end (all the needed documentation), and an agreed upon price on your end, why we could not complete the lease process and had to return yet again on Saturday September 16.To make things more frustrating, after returning on the agreed upon time of 1:00 pm on Saturday and spending over three hours at your dealership, we were told that the vehicle we agreed to purchase on Friday afternoon-with Tim as our salesperson in Chris's absence, was sold to an individual on Friday evening!However this incident all came about, after a lengthy time everything was settled and we leased the Sierra. I have no idea how a dealership could agree to sell/lease to an individual- then later that afternoon sell the same vehicle to someone else. This is definitely something that your dealership needs to address, but should in no way reflect on Chris Adams since he had nothing to do with the event that took place on Friday when he was not in the dealership.I have already recommended your dealership to family and friends and it is because ofChris Adams.Although this experience that I just wrote about was frustrating, I

Mike Moore was fabulous to work with. I would recommend anyone I know to purchase with him. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I appreciated his quick responses to my inquiries and he stuck by his word. Doesn’t happen very often nowadays! Thank you!

I would purchase another vechile here. My sales person was wonderful, but for service, plan on taking your car to another place. This is the 3rd and last time I will have my car serviced here. Came in for a scheduled oil change and was told there was a child seat latch safety recall, “It would add an hour to the service” they said. Well 3 and a half hours waiting and being told it will be about another hour. I’ve never had a positive experience with this service department.

I leased my truck from here and have regretted it ever since. Every time I have to have an interaction with this dealership they always give me the run around. My truck was brand new and it needed the transmission replaced within the first month. Trying to get someone to respond in a timely manner was a hassle. Even with simple things like getting an oil change, they don’t communicate. Their servicemen ran over my keys and broke the key fob. I had to get a tire replaced and wanted a noise in the engine to be checked out, I took the truck to the dealership due to having coverage for that through my lease, it has been 3 days and they still haven’t gave me an update on my car. The tire was supposed to be in stock when I dropped it off. I can’t wait to turn this truck in and NEVER have to deal with this dealership again.I have another car with another brand/ dealership and they never give me problems. They offer white glove service from start to finish. I understand all business are busy, but customer service is just as important as your services.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Spoke to couple different sales representatives this morning who seemed eager to get a new customer. They told me to come on in or fill out an app online. I live two hours away so I decided to fill out an online application. I was told by a sales rep that as soon as I finished my application they would call me to let me know the next steps. After submitting the app I noticed that my credit was pulled and reviewed which was expected. However, it is now after 5:00pm and I have been waiting for 5 hours now to speak with someone regarding my application. I have also called this dealership several times within the past five hours to go over my credit application just to keep getting told someone will call me back. It’s really upsetting because I did my part by filling out an application and having my credit pulled and score decreased because of this and now I can’t get a hold to one sales rep?! I have good credit so I don’t understand this situation or how they could be so unprofessional. I would not recommend dealing with them. They seem very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this dealership. After making the effort to visit their location, I was shocked to find out that they didn't have the vehicle I was specifically looking for. Instead of being upfront about this from the beginning, they wasted my time by making me come in. To add to the frustration, they redirected me to a third party, making the whole process even more convoluted and inconvenient. I expected better communication and service from a dealership, and this experience left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

your service advisors are marginally good at best. It took one of the 2 at least 10 minutes to recognize me and when he did, he complained about how he has no help there. I have been a customer there since 1995 and have purchased 6 vehicles from your dealership. I have also used your dealership since prior to 1995. I will be using a different dealership to service my vehicles from now on. Since Tim had left, the first people you meet at the service department (the service advisors) have really turned me off from the dealership. I doubt if I get a reply, but at least I get my say!

Sami is the absolute best when it comes to finding a new car! He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and stayed within my budget. I couldn't ask for a better car shopping experience!?? and Mike the manager was seriously the best! This dealership is an absolute must-visit!

Avoid Dealership like the Plague!Refused to warranty/repair BRAND NEW 2023 Denali Ultimate Sierra 1500.At 350 miles "Service Emission System" Alert was presented with limited performance.Dealership will not fix or even diagnose issue. Asked for written documentation and was told to "please get your truck and go somewhere else"Highly frustrated and annoyed at the lack of communication and complete disregard for warranty guidelines.Will be getting legal and 3rd party involved as this is a >500 brand new vehicle.

My car buying experience was awesome! I worked with Sami and he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He responded within minutes every time I sent him a question and he even sent me a personal video of the vehicle to ensure it was how it was advertised.When we arrived at the airport he was there to pick us up and take us to the dealership to purchase my new Yukon. I worked with Joe in the office area to do the title paperwork and he very nice as well. After we left the dealership and started on our road trip home, Sami even called a few hours later to make sure all was well! :-)All-in-all my experience was well worth the trip to MI and I would definitely consider doing business with them again.

Kyle was great when it came to locating my warranties and getting the job done within the day. Roger and Michelle made sure I had everything I needed in a timely fashion as well. I just walked in and checked right out when picking up my Acadia.

Under no circumstances should you have your vehicle serviced here. Brought in my 54000 mi truck with no starter/starting issues. While in the care of the mechanics, the starter supposedly broke. Now they want over $1,400 to replace - which they say is a good deal. They also said that the good news was that it did not happen while I was on the road. Starters usually go at 100,00-150,000 mi. Better advice would have been not to let them touch the truck in the first place.

I just had my last dealing with Suburban Buick of Troy. 10 vehicles over the last 20 years and they are not the same dealership. Took advantage of my daughter-in-law on service warranty and maintenance. Don't waste any time or money with this new ownership.
