Got a brow wax and tint and while I love Mona (the lady that did them) she is the sweetest. I dont like how my brows turned out. I couldn’t tell in the room when she showed them to me because the lighting was so dark but once I went out into the store I saw how uneven my brows were and how the tint wasn’t even noticeable at all. I know I have very sparse brows but I will go elsewhere for brow work. Octavia inside Nordstrom actually helped me fill them in and tried to fix the shape a bit more because I was embarrassed walking around the mall like that. Definitely not worth $60 ($30 for the wax and $30 for the tint). LOVE the staff at the spa but skip this service and don’t waste your money. Beyond disappointed.

I had a pedicure and am not happy with the changes made. They are no longer using hot wax for the feet or even the warm lavender eye compresses, (now you get an old wash cloth) yet the price increases by $10! Also the color selection for nail polish was extremely minimal. The excuse given for the changes was covid. Sorry, I don't buy it.

BEST FACIAL i have ever had!! My kids gave me a gift certificate for this Spa two years ago. It was a lovely experience!! My face felt great afterward. I try and go every few months now. My family knows that a gift certificate to Nordstrom Spa for a facial is my favorite gift. I usually get one for every occasion Quality staff. Quality products. Lives up the Nordstrom name.

Extremely disappointed!! I had a hydration facial on Monday. I clearly stated that I have sensitive skin at consultation. After looking at my skin a hydration facial was recommended. I agreed to dermaplaning to remove peach fuzz and dry skin. I was a little red after facial but felt fine. The next day Tuesday started see more blotchy spots. I texted her and stated that I was having a reaction. She requested me to send her a picture which I did. She thought it was from the hydration not the product because it started in the thin skin areas. Wednesday morning woke up to eyes swollen, face puffy, hot, burning, red and prickly. I sent a text to update my situation and..... I've been ghosted.!!! I had to go to clinic and was put on steroids. Four days out still suffering immensely. My face feels like I did a face plant on a cactus! This whole experience has cost me hundreds of dollars plus my time. Facial was $195.00 plus add on of $30 + tip over 20% . Product that was recommended was$ 235.00 I did return. Driving time 2 hours. Doctor copay plus cost of steroids. Not even to mention my pain and discomfort and inconvenience. I haven't mentioned any names of the esthetician but she gave me her cell number to contact her for a different service at her salon. I returned the highly recommended product and told the guy at the spa desk that I had terrible experience and reaction and he response was "sorry for your inconvenience ".

I loved my facial from Mona! She examined my skin beforehand and discussed with me what would be best for my current skin's needs. I highly recommend her, I look forward to having another facial with her!

Dante was exceptional! He helped me in the shoe department this morning while I was in a rush to get back to work. I went in for the one pair I needed and left with three! Wonderful customer service that absolutely made my day even better! He is my go to from now on! ?

I use to love getting my pedicures here, but the changed the chair to something completely uncomfortable to sit in. Also use to love the sanitation they used to have with a metal bowl foot soak. That also is no longer. I won't be back unless the fix the uncomfortable char situation, bring back the old chairs!
