I've been going to this store since 2006. I spend about $50 a day at this store... until last night, when Fady told me I'm no longer welcome there. I'll gladly spend my $1500 per month elsewhere

Theirs a white girl that works nights and literally every last time I’ve been there she FINDS a way to give me a hard time. Literally denies selling me things for the most insane reasons. She clearly doesn’t understand the law and is costing you business.

It’s literally always something with their machine for credit cards. Either it’s always down or they have to lock everyone out while they reboot it.
Never come here if all you have is a card, the system is almost ALWAYS down

I regularly come to this gas station before work, the last few times there was someone who would knock-on the door while I was in the bathroom, when I come out they would be gone, today when I came out the bathroom, I said do you know who needs to use the bathroom it's free, the manager said me, I told her that I came right out when they knocked and no one was at the door when I came out the bathroom, she started yelling I work here (there was two other woman working standing at the cash register so she had liberty to move around the store) the whole time I was in the bathroom I heard them laughing, long story short she banned me from using the bathroom…Im so disappointed, Ive never experienced such treatment from a manager to a customer

The guy manager needs a course on customer service. He greets paying customers with “what’s up dude” “ what’s up man” very nonchalant. He also hassles customers treating them as if they’re not patrons but more so pests. Very had attitude. He may know how to systematically run the business but his fundamentals are poor. It all starts with good customer service and you won’t get that here

I have type 1 diabetes and often need to stop here on my way out to go on jobs to get life saving drinks. I can't even go here anymore because half the time the inside is closed, the drawer is being counted or they flat out DON'T HAVE CHANGE. Not to mention the ice machine was down for weeks. The Bengali manager or whatever is a real PITA piece of work too.

This speedway location does not have reliable hours several times around 8 PM on weekdays the location is locked but appears to be open visibly (sign and lights on) and is listed as open 24/7 on Google Maps. My most recent example is 7/19/2024, but this has happened several times. I’m done going here due to the unreliable hours.
This gas station has really gone downhill in recent years and it has a lot of sketchy characters show up. Go somewhere else where management cares.
