If 'I hate my job' was a person, it would be the staff here at this T-Mobile location. I walked in and out of three staff members (all on a device, standing around), only one barely moved their eyes from their device to give me an unenthusiastic hello. The others just raised their eyes and went back to what they were doing. I felt so unwelcomed, I wanted to just turn around and leave. I'll never come back to this location and would rather handle all transactions online, where at least I get decent customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. The manager at this store did not communicate the extra line and added monthly fee that would come with taking the Apple Watch promotion despite me asking multiple times how the promotion worked. When I went to cancel the line and return the watch he completely disregarded my concern about not being told about these additions and said “this is a he said/she said situation.” The team working at this location is very unprofessional, unhelpful, and disrespectful to their customers.

The branch was clean however the level of customer service was devastating. The employee was nasty and very unprofessional. I called and left a message asking for a manger or supervisor to reach out and four weeks later nothing. I do not recommend anyone who wants divinity and respect to visit this location.

A different approach to customer service here — I’d call it “aloof snarkiness”. My monthly cost of upgrading almost doubled between yesterday and today. The reason? “That’s math” I was told.

Fixed the phone in 10 minutes - network issue. No waiting. Young, but knowledgeable.

T-Mobile merging with Sprint was the worst thing to ever happen to Sprint customers. Useless and time-wasting customer service. This T-Mobile store (among others) are all the same. Can't help you with any issues, billing, network problems, phone malfunctions, etc. No warranty? Too bad. The stores are just there to sell you a phone, that's it. You get what you pay for unfortunately.

Great location, the guys there are super friendly, however reading their advertisement about high speed data in over 215 countries is actually false advertisement because there are not even 215 countries, moreless over 215 countries, most people don't know these things but there are 195 countries so why not just say that from the beginning ? come on t-mobile you really should fix the false advertisement signage! I gave 5 stars for the employees and deducted 1 star due to the false advertising!

Workers here made me feel uncomfortable, like my mom and I were difficult customers to deal with. We had to ask a bunch of questions throughout the course of an hour and half while they were setting up our phones because they weren’t telling us pertinent information (ie how the promotion works, rate per month). I wish we stayed with Verizon because their customer service is amazing but my mom wanted to save money, u really get what u pay for.

The people that work here are cheats and will lie to you to get every penny they could out of you. The first thing is that they lied about your account closing when you switch lines. My parents used them years ago but switched away. But now when we wanted to switch back they said that their account has been closed and charged us for the account creation price. Then they lied about the available plans to make us buy a more expensive plan. We did research before going to the store and already decided on the essentials plan. But when we asked for it in store they said it was for seniors only. When we told the clerk that we saw it on the website he then changed the story so it isn't available for 2 months. We called their help line after we left and they confirmed that the plan is available and the store was able to offer it. So as a conclusion, go here if you want to be lied and overcharged.

Two guys in store today confirmed me that the $90 plan won’t be effective until 2 or 3 months later, even though I told them I and my son checked the plan is there before we went in. They still just sold me $140 plan. After I activated the two lines, I immediately called T-mobile service and they just quickly changed the plan to $90. I left a complaint to the service center.Another issue, the countertop should provide customer screens because I can’t see what they were doing by their I-Pad with my ID and bank information. It took more than two hours to transfer our account from the previous carrier to T-mobile. Thank you for your effort, but it is really a long time.

Really like the atmosphere. I always have the GABA oolong tea with honey. Also, their matcha latte with coconut is delicious. Staff is chill.

Do not go to this store. On July 6th the man at the register added a new phone line to my account without my authorization; in attempt to increase his store sales numbers. The only reason I went into the store was to activate my new phone I bought at the Apple store. I was in this T-Mobile store for less than 5 minutes, and did not take any account action outside of activating a phone that I already purchased elsewhere. I absolutely did not consent or express any interest in adding a new number.I called the store to get his name after I realized he added a phone line to my account without my consent, and they would not tell me the name of the man who added it.I had to call corporate to have this phone line cancelled and leave a formal complaint. This store is unethical, and adds erroneous phone lines to your account to increase sales numbers and commission.

Just learned that this 100 year old Chicago bakery - an excellent, old world Windy City emporium - closes its doors for the last time on April 30. Do you like strudel? Are you fond of snappisch ginger cookies? Are jelly-filled Bismarcks your favorite donuts? MAKE A TRIP TO DINKEL'S WHILE YOU STILL CAN!

Grant oh Grant. I am sure you are a well meaning person but the attitude displayed and your continued expressions of personal opinions are not well suited for a job in customer service and sales. Not only did I go to another store the next day and get the iPhone that I wanted, but I also purchased air pod pros and an otter box. You missed out on a sale, over $400 and a new phone sale, simply because you refused to listen. Btw, I love the iPhone. Not missing my android at all!
