Shoutout to Matt and the service department for getting my CT4 working as originally designed. My car’s issue was quite unique but the service team did their due diligence and were very thorough until the problem was solved. From the beginning of my appointment to the end, everyone was very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. Will definitely be back for future services!

My wife and I had such an amazing experience at suburban Cadillac of Troy. The sales team is amazing. Amy and Lindsey were so patient with us. I drove from Toledo to purchase a jeep wrangler and they stayed connected with me through the whole process. I highly recommend suburban Cadillac of Troy 10/10.

Management ignored my phone call, and later a BBB complaint. Suburban processed my lease turn-in late, they were too busy on Friday, resulting in a $789.98 extra payment fee by GMF I had to pay. Don't expect this dealer to resolve your issue, whatever it may be. I like the shuttle driver, Salvatore?, he gets a star. ?

I scheduled an appointment to ensure that my requested service could be performed in a timely manner. However, after waiting for over eight hours, the service was still not completed, and I was not offered a loaner vehicle to accommodate my transportation needs.
It has now been over 48 hours since my appointment, and I have not received any updates on whether the necessary parts have arrived or when I should return to complete the service. I had hoped for better communication and am disappointed by the lack of follow-up.

I brought my my Cadillac to be serviced at Suburban Cadillac of Troy. The service advisor I was assigned to was on leave the day I came in to check on my repair.
Jack Bergman, another service advisor, saw I needed some information and he immediately went to determine the status of my repair. He came back and reported that it would be repaired that afternoon and that he would call me when it would be ready.
At 3PM sharp, he called to say it was ready. He also explained the repair that was made.
Now, that's good service!
