Our experience with Sun Medical was Great. The nursing home that our father went to submitted a request for a Sun Medical Bed & Wheelchair without submitting the request to Medicare, thus we were being charged monthly fees on our credit card. The Sun Medical Sales/Service rep Robert Leask was spectacularly helpful. Rob created the submission to Medicare on our behalf. We Later moved our father to a 2nd nursing home that already had an electric bed. Rob Leask was again very helpful by coordinating a pickup of the original bed during the Medicare approval process. Throughout our 2 month interaction, Rob's communication & updates were excellent. He provided same-day replies to my Emails & ALWAYS answers his phone.Rob Leask is the BEST sales/service rep that I have dealt with from any company, Sun Medical is lucky to have him.

For nearly 3 months I have had the pleasure of interacting with the amazing staff of Sun Medical on nearly a daily basis and have been thoroughly impressed with the care and attention to detail they show. The dedication and perseverance the company displays to ensure every patient and customer is taken care of in a rapid manner but a manner that makes you calm with the peace of mind you were helped by someone that took their time to listen, suggest, and provide details of products that did not cross my mind before as well as knowing if there is a recall or issue with something I purchased they will reach out to me right away and let me know. Patients have expressed their gratitude for the expedited services Sun Medical provides, in addition to the care and time they put into every patient they interact with especially the detailed set up of in home care equipment for when patients are returning home. If there is one thing to be said about Sun Medical it would be they provide a great response time to providing care and equipment as well as the whole-hearted feeling of a support group around you while you are interacting with them. Will continue to have a loyal fan here Sun Medical keep rocking!

I went to the new Sun Medical located on Woodward in Birmingham. Ryan was very helpful and friendly. If he wasn't completely sure about something, he finds out how he can get an answer! My order came on time and I was pleased with the service!
