Great service from a great team of people. Blake, Brandis and Kevin were excellent. The advised us on our phones and plans, plus helped when we stopped in and had usage questions. The facility is clean, attractive and conveniently located.

Horrible place. Run away. These ppl lie about a thing they call promotions and fail to tell you the actual details. Good luck getting things resolved bc there is no cooperate and nothing will be done. Didn’t get what I was promised and still owe on my other phone carrier service. The little money I did receive on a virtual gift card keeps getting declined so that’s nice. This store is a scam and I would advise against T-Mobile .

Brandis and management were beyond fabulous!! My old phone had a fried motherboard. They recovered my lost pics and contacts!! They deserve huge accolades for their knowledge, patience and professionalism.Brandis is without question is the single greatest cell phone rep I have ever dealt with.If you are considering switching to T-Mobile, you will not regret it.

Had such a pleasant experience at this location!! Walked in with no expectations really and left out with new phones, an affordable monthly bill and a smile. Thanks Blake for going above and beyond to offer top tier customer service! I appreciate it!!

I went to check out new phones I saw deals on. They were extremely friendly and helpful! They explained offers I was aware of and found a couple others too. Until 8 months ago I was a Verizon customer for 20 years. Now I have better service in the city, country and abroad.

The staff was friendly and immediately greeted us when we walked in the door. This location had what we were looking for in stock and we were out the door in no time with our new phone.

I was acknowledged when I walked in and helped promptly upon arrival. Khalil helped me get my phone back on track as I had a pretty interesting situation. Great customer service by the manager as well. He was working the floor, making sure his employees were ok and still servicing customers 1-1. Thank you for a great experience!

I highly do not recommend going to this location at all. Horrible customer service they do not know what they are doing. I tried to switch over my phone to a new device and they refused to do it. So I just went right after I left to a different location and they were more then happy to help me with no issues.

I was lied to directly twice by the employee being trained to be an assistant manager.First I was told the only way to make someone an authorized account manager was to call customer service. I specifically asked if I could do it on the tmobile website and I was told no. I called customer service and they walked me through adding myself as an authorized user through the tmobile website. I can understand this being someone new who did not know the process but scary because she was training to be assistant manager and did not know the basics of how the store worked.Secondly, they began to help me transfer my number to my new phone only for the trainee to tell me the phone I had just purchased was blacklisted by T-Mobile and they could not activate it for me. I ran an iemi check and found that to be a lie as the blacklist check came back clean. I checked through multiple sources including the T-Mobile website checker and it came back clean every time.I then found out you can activate a phone online and activated my phone without issues.Finally, I called the store to see if they had a good reason for lying to me. Maybe they thought I had a stolen phone and didn’t want to be the store who activated it (I had just purchased the phone from someone in that store 5 minutes before so I can attest that it wasn’t a stolen phone and the guy I bought the phone sent me proof of his origins purchase as well). Perhaps they just didn’t like me and didn’t want to assist. I just wanted an explanation and an apology. Instead, the person answering the phone said I was gas lighting them and harassing them. They then said they would ban me from the store (I am okay with this as I never want to go back to a store that treated me this way and lied to me). I understand that sometimes people cannot take it when their employees don’t know the process and don’t want to help customers but it baffles me that they went on the defensive so quickly.I am still giving the stores 3 stars because I watched them help 2 other customers while I was there and they were very nice and helpful to them. They attempted to accommodate the other customers despite the issues they were having and I expect they were just tired when they dealt with me. Either way, I hope they start treating everyone the same. They were still nice to me aside from the phone call when I asked for an explanation and the lady who lied to me. All the other employees were cheerful and upbeat and definitely seemed like a fun store to be in aside from my one bad experience.
