Always a big fan of Target as a shopper. I had heard they changed their hiring diversity policies and I hope that they will change back in the future.

I was treated very rudely by the checkout person at the Troy Mi store on Cooledge Road. I also noticed she was rude to the other people in her line. I’m used to very friendly, kind people at this Target . So disappointing.

i visited the Targey store on Coolidge in Troy, MI on Dec,16, 2024, the shopping plaza was out of power. Target was open and running on a generator. I was able to make my return. the employees were all friendly and didnot mention the power outage. there were very few shoppers in the store. probably the easiest last minute shopping day of the season.

I regularly use the drive up pick up Service. It is a great convenience! Target has really done a nice job with this service. I can order from my phone. I get notifications when my order is ready. I drive up and park in their designated parking area. They bring the items out to me. Just wonderful!

I was in this Target with a unique dilemma, and I very much appreciate Kenesha, Abrina, and Tamika for their strong execution of teamwork and perseverance to resolve my issue to the UTMOST!!! I am overly grateful for their superb, effective, high quality customer service. This will be my personal Target 🎯 I have never had a bad experience here, this is the icing on that awesome cake!
