Visited this place for the first time on Monday. It's clean and organized, which I love about Target. We just moved from Texas and what I've noticed about the 3 Targets I have visited up here is that it's a ghost town. I've visited all 3 Targets at different times of the day and there aren't nearly as many shoppers as I would encounter at a Texas Target. Y'all do have Meijer as an option, which we don't have down south.Anyway, I found most of what I was looking for and checkout was a breeze.Unfortunately, I think I lost my pair of gloves while I was here. I tried calling ELEVEN times today, clicking on different departments (even Human Resources) and no one would answer. I called their customer service holiness and they couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone. HOW EMBARASSING. It is something I've also noticed up here...no one answers the phone at Target. I tried visiting a different one to verify that an item was in stock and...NO ANSWER. Maybe since they don't have high volume shoppers, they also don't have many employees? They do have more self checkout than any Target I've visited. Either way, looks like I'll be driving out of my way to check out their lost and found when it could have been a simple phone call.

Good selection of products and food, it's always well stocked and easy to navigate. If I ever have any trouble finding something I know I can rely on their helpful and knowledgeable staff. Shout out to Robert in groceries, I always see him supporting his team but he's always willing to make time to help a customer!

If there is less than one stare ,I would give to this Target .My experience was a disaster. I went there for can recycling first the team member called another teammember in gust service, she came want me to recount all the can and she told me they don't take back just the one target sale she was extremely rude I told her I work in anthor target and we don't even re count the cans because we trust or guest, she said go to the other target in a very bad manner. She called the closing team lead he said we will not return the cans and go out and he was threatened me he will call the ETLI told him please call the ETL he said I'm the ETL and I will not return the cans .

PS... This store is rated 4.2 but has fake reviews look at Yelp. My initial days at Target as a fulfillment associate were challenging. Orientation started 30 minutes late, i was told they didn't have my paperwork and couldn't register me in the system, and the training structure seemed disorganized due to managers not having a training system set in place i was told I needed to take online training just to find nothing at all on my file. Plus managers are more focused on getting you on the floor to help team members than training you properly to reach strict compliance goals. Despite my background in retail management as a manager and a current employee as an Amazon fulfillment associate, adapting to the operational methods at this Target location was unexpectedly tough for a super easy job. This is still a shock to me honestly a monkey could fix the issues at this site im not explaining in detail as of what needs to be fixed because honestly managers should figure that out not the team members that they manage that's how easy this job is.The managerial approach appeared more focused on meeting quarterly goals rather than ensuring an efficient workflow it is basically a sink-or-swim type of culture for fulfillment. There were systematic issues with item locations, and inadequate training for tackling these challenges efficiently. Tasks often felt rushed, especially when given a limited timeframe to find multiple items scattered throughout the store plus you helping customers and asking for assistance from team members your time window is cut short as soon as you can't find an item. Plus managers don't like it when you can't find an item or have a late cart i guess the employee is to blame for that when it's not their fault. While the job itself isn't difficult, the pressure to meet high standards, coupled with an inefficient system based on the workflow, made the experience stressful, and harder than it should be, highly intense work environment I would compare it to being a cook in sometimes a good sometimes a bad kitchen. Managers seemed more concerned with compliance than addressing the root cause of difficulties faced by team members but team members will get blamed for all mistakes when again it's not their fault. For future employees considering this specific Target location, I'd recommend before seeing $15.50 as of hiring now please take into account my experiences again was a manager for a college and I work in fulfillment for Amazon these issues should be resolved but this is my shared experience during the Holiday season so you can get a clearer picture. My hope is that others have a better experience than I did in navigating the fulfillment role. I had to resign after a week in a half just based on morals and ethics. I would rate this site a 3 out of 10 with a high potential of being better once training is implemented, software is upgraded based on workflow, managers create a better system of work, and a fun happy working environment instead of dreading that you even at work. You be the judge.

We were at Target on Black Friday. I understand there are a lot of people coming into the store, but we stopped by electronics to see if they had any PS5’s. The electronics guy (he has a beard and glasses with black hair) said they had none. The app said you could order them online. So we asked. He told us we needed to figure it out. I would have been ok if it ended there. We walked down the aisle to ask another Target associate. She was in the middle of looking at other stores and online and he came up to us and told my son and I that we needed to move along. That we needed to figure it out someplace else because he needed to get there.I understand customer service as a server. I won’t be back to Target even if they have the best prices.

I love the target but if you decide to work here, don’t work in fulfillment. The woman team leader over that department is extremely rude and definitely on a power trip. It was my third day (after being barely trained) and she yelled at me and told me I wasn’t moving fast enough(mind you this is my third day). She then lectured me over how important it is to “make our goals”. I quit the next day. I suspect that those who are in charge are miserable because of their constant power trip. They need to treat employees as well as they treat customers.

This location is nice and tidy! I’m a regular. I’m making this review only because I’m slightly upset at the fact that I only received 3 bread bites from the hot food station! I don’t have time to return them and I feel like I wasted money!

One of the best Targets around. Everyone seems very helpful and knowledgeable. I just wished many items popular could get restocked quicker

I'm incredibly disappointed today. The associates are so very nice! We love going there for that reason. However, we called the store several times, pushed different numbers representing different departments, and NO answer! The first called disconnected after a 5min wait, and all subsequent calls were left unanswered. We've shopped at Target for over 22 years, and at this one since it opened, and the overall service is declining.

Had a horrible experience at this location, it's seems some of the staff isn't trained properly as well as they don't seem to care about customer service nor represent Target store in a decent manner! Looking forward to getting the call back that was promised!

This is a pretty good Target location. It’s pretty accessible near the corner of Coolidge and 15 mile Road. Especially for folks living in Troy and Birmingham and North Royal Oak. Oh and Clawson as well. It’s pretty spacious usually pretty clean. The restrooms are very clean there. They have a Starbucks in house that’s usually pretty busy, they also are one of the very few metro Detroit locations that have a Target Optical. (I think the other one might be Livonia.) I have gotten several pairs of glasses at the Troy target and have been very satisfied with the quality and service. Parking is pretty easy. The lot is pretty big and if you don’t want to park up in the crazy area, you can park a little further from the door, and it’s not much of a walk.the lines here can get a little long but they’ve improved in the last year or two. It’s definitely better than the Southfield location which is always just absolutely jammed. The checkouts groceries are well stocked and sales are usually pretty decent.
