Staff was great. I went there for something very specific and asked for help locating it and they walked me straight to where I needed to be and showed me all the different options.

I adore everything about the Container Store, but there was one aspect that left me a bit disappointed. On the evening I visited, I only encountered one employee. She had glasses and was petite, and she exuded kindness, laughter, and helpfulness throughout my visit.
I understand that I arrived an hour before the store closed, but I was still mindful of the time and tried to apologize for the inconvenience. The store closes at 8pm but I was still inside when they locked the doors at 7:57pm.
However, I was glad to have bonded with Michelle at the desk. We chatted, laughed, and shared our experiences. It was a reminder that sometimes, the Container Store is just about the goodness of the heart - iykyk!
On the other hand, I encountered another employee who spoke poorly about the lack of cleanliness in the store, blaming the employees for it. I tried to explain that it wasn’t a big deal and that I was perfectly happy with my experience. Despite the negative comments, the energy in the store made me feel rushed, as I should have been.
Those who know the Container Store well will understand my feelings. It’s a place that can fill your heart with joy and excitement, even about small things like buying an iron. I wish I had gotten the gals name who helped with hangers and steamers/irons.
She was a team member who made me feel welcome and appreciated. It’s important to support and appreciate those who make us feel welcome as soon as we enter and leave the store.
Thankfully, the kind gal at the desk helped me sign up and create an account with them since I’ll be returning. I just hope that a little kindness is recognized and appreciated for its positive impact.

Sheryl did a fantastic job designing my closet! She was very helpful and accommodating in the store. The installation process was easy, and I’m so pleased with how it turned out!

Sweet mama let me tell you about Michelle. I was minding my own business shopping for containers when all of a sudden I saw sweet delicate lily flower Sharon getting berated out of the corner of my eye. I saw two ladies confront manager michelle about her actions, And let me tell you, Miss “Shell” wasn’t having it and had them escorted by the police. I didn’t mind because those men in uniform look fine as wine, but I was still very disheartened by Michelle’s actions. I pray to God Michelle apologizes or realizes where she fell short. Free Sharon

the manager michelle is crazy. rude to her employees and has the police called on customers when they inform her that she is extremely rude.if zero stars were an option i would definitely put that instead. beware of michelle and her rude attitude towards both customers and employees

Wait? So it's a store that just sells containers? Yea that was pretty much my thought until I needed some containers for a project and was suggested here. You might think you could get away with a small storefront and some Tupperware. Well not these guys. Let me tell you, they went above and beyond. Sure there are containers galore but so much more. More like an organization store. Door and wall racks, totes, carts, shoe racks, closet systems, garage shelving. I could litterly make this review over 1000 words just doing an inventory list of what they carry. Was I surprised? Clearly. Lest I forget to mention the design center. They have in store design consultants to help you with whatever it is you're trying to de-clutter, kitchen, pantry, garage ect. Needless to say, I found what I was looking for and even created a wish list. I can't wait until poker night with the guys so I can brag on my visit to the Container store. They'll assume I'm surely joking until I break out my new chip organizer!

Spent $200+ just to have the majority of the dishwasher safe items warp in the top rack. That was great. Staff was okay, a little rude, but not to me.
