The service is is terrible I call thur they told me to have it toll in Friday and they look at it Friday. Called Friday evening they said they couldn't look at it till Monday. Monday they said they were to busy.If they of told me that in the beginning I would have went to LaFontaine who is more efficient and less expensive. Even if they are further away. 600.00 dollar for a 250.00 dollar battery . From Friday got my car back tue.

I am beyond thrilled with my experience and service provided by Neil Wozniak. He made finding a used vehicle the smoothest process I’ve ever experienced and gave us kid glove treatment. I love my Nissan Rogue and appreciated him making sure all the recalls were attended to. It’s used but feels brand new to me. Neil made the whole experience quick and easy. He is just the best. My husband and I will recommend him to all our friends and family!

My wife and I had been to 2 other dealerships in the Troy Motor mall and the last place we checked with was Suburban Collection Cadillac. I'm so glad we did because we were introduced to Neil Wosniak and he is hands down the best of the best. He got us into a great car but the price wbeat everything else we could find. Best experience ever with Neil!

Service takes an incredibly long time. 5 hours for 10,000 mile maintenance. I took my XC60 home after my maintenance was done and the no coolant light and shut engine light off went on when I was far from any dealer and far from home. I lifted the hood and found the coolant cap off! At my maintenance they neglected to put the cap on! All the coolant was gone. I'm taking it in this morning and asking for a loaner because I have to get straight to work. I drive a lot for work. This is a huge inconvenience and hopefully nothing serious is wrong with the vehicle.

I purchased my first car here and left out with a great overall experience thanks to Rocky. He was of great help and made the purchase process quick. I was looking for a used vehicle with a specific price range and mileage and not only was that met, but the car condition was outstanding. Definitely recommend this place! Very friendly staff too!

Suburban VOLVO is the dealer at this address, and NOT all the other dealers shown in the photos or most of the other reviews. BE CARFUL when reading reviews, not all Suburban Collection dealers are the same. The Suburban Volvo dealer in the Troy motor mall is great. We have three Volvos vehicles, all purchase from Suburban Volvo in Troy. Some used and some new. We have also been using Suburban Volvo for over 12 years. We also have been using them for all our service. Been happy with both their service and sales staff. Over the years, staff have changed and we have worked with many different employees and we have always had good support at Suburban Volvo. Everyone will have issues with their Vehicles, regardless of brand or model. We have been able to find equable solutions when we have disagreed with Suburban Volvo.

I had a great experience working with Moe Elsayed, John Smith, and Scott Moore on the purchase of a used vehicle. They took care of me every step of the way, and they were fair and competitive on pricing. We had a bit of a hang up waiting on the vehicle title to come in, but they put me in a loaner for a week as my previous vehicle had been totaled and I was really in a bind while we waited for the title to come in. I’m really impressed with their level of customer service and also with the no pressure environment. It’s truly the first time I’ve bought a car without feeling like I was doing battle with the finance manager. Cannot recommend this dealership enough!

would give 0 stars if I could. If your car is out of warranty DO NOT GET IT FIXED HERE. Absolute thieves ! There is not a ton of third party part alternative to volvo so most of the time wherever else you are going they are having to source the parts directly from Volvo. You'd think if you're getting a part for a car you purchased from them they're not going to gouge you on part prices -- WRONG. They'll give you all this bs about volvo engineers and techs working on the cars so you're getting better service. You are not. They kept my car for 3 weeks at one point and fixed things that didn't need to be fixed only to realize the obvious issue was exactly what I told them it was in the first place. And of course, no loaners. I was charged ANOTHER $200 diagnostic fee that was clearly useless and mind you they had the car a handful of weeks prior where they found a ton of other problems that were "emergent" and needed to be fixed when I never asked them to look for anything else. Nonetheless a few wks later, new problems ! Id paid $2400 the visit before, they wanted to charge another $2100 this visit. They quoted me $1200 for the part and the rest was labor. It was taken to another Volvo dealership a few months prior where it cost $1600 to fix god knows what. They also shockingly did not have access to those records. I took it to another mechanic who apologized for the part costing so much as he had to get it directly from Volvo (the same exact part they were going to use) and felt bad that the part alone was $400 a third of what Volvo was charging for their own part. The entire job was done for $700 a THIRD of the price. Please save your time, energy, money and frustration and avoid this dealership like the plague.

My car was schedule for service two weeks in advance so that I could get a loaner. An hour before, Chris calls me to cancel. When I ask him why, he responds "it just isn't available for this service." Not once did he apologize. Fats forward another week and my car is by the dealership. They tell me it'll be a few days to fix. No loaner. No apology. A week later I call in regarding my car and chores tells me they can't have it dropped off since it doesn't have enough gas? Seriously?! You kept my car for a week and now can't pay out $5 of gas to get it to me. Still no apology. He's now insisting that he cancelled the valet for safety concerns. If so, why weren't those brought up when he cancelled? When he claimed that he had brought it up, i confronted him on it and offered to send him recordings of our call.How hard is to own up and apologize? When I called the operator asking who was in charge I was told that Chris is the interim manager so I'm not holding my breath waiting for an apology.

I bought months ago i Range Rover velar at this dealership and they didn’t told me that the car was in accident , when I moved to Naples Fl after 1 month that I bought the car I went to the Range Rover because my car started to do some noises and there they told me the car was is in accident.( and the information WASN’T at the carfax )When I contact them about this they told we can’t do anything and to think I’m paying the insurance from the dealer that’s covering anything.This guys are professional thieves and liars get the money and they don’t take responsibilities.
